Signature Exteriors

For the most part it went well. I would have liked a fluent English speaking individual on site when work was being done but the Spanish speaking foreman spoke broken English well enough. There was a delay due to drop shipment of the roofing supplies! This required a temporary halt to the work and a tarp had to be put on my roof for work to begin the next day? Then I called the company and the owner apologized, seems to me he should have called me personally in advance and me not have to call them, just sayin'. Anyway, the drop happened the same day and they came back out and put it on.

They were very responsive. They told me that they couldn't do it because there was an issue with the people who installed my gutter. It wasn't well enough. They are going to come back. They were very responsive and they were willing to come back again. They did what they were supposed to do. They came out fast.

The provider never replaced gutters

Signature did a good job. They took pictures of my roof and gutter as well as making repairs to the downspouts.

I will rate again, after we have our roof replaced.

Signature Exteriors was at our home within a couple days of our call to them to assess the damage and again the following Sunday with our insurance agent. Once the assessment was done and cost was determined there was a slight breakdown in communication with my contact at Signature (he was hard to get a hold of), most probably due to them being slammed with claims. I needed to get the ball rolling so after many calls and emails I contacted the VP and everything then went very smoothly. Signature was very proactive throughout the process setting up schedules for the various jobs (I contracted the gutter company myself since they were fairly new and I wanted to use the same company). Also, throughout the process I had many questions and would email them only to get replies almost immediately if not within an hour or two.The sub-contractors they used did a very good job and seemed to take pride in their work. While the roof was being replaced there was a Signature employee onsite most of the time to make sure everything was going well and to answer any questions. When everything was completed a Signature employee walked around with me to inspect and make sure I was satisfied with everything. The result of the work done looks great! I have used Signature Exteriors over the past two years through Angies List for some minor roof repairs and was satisfied with their work. That is why I chose them for this job. I would highly recommend them for exterior work and would use them again.

Great. They fixed my two small issues in no time. Owner, Jeramie, handles the service calls. They walked my roof inspecting gutters, downspouts and flashings. They reported that there were no more areas of concern. Nice that they didn't try to sell me something unneeded. They will also send pictures of the repaired area.

Jeramie was very professional and flexible in meeting with us and our insurance adjuster. The work was performed as contracted. They did a great job cleaning up afterwards too. We have used their services on two different houses and we're pleased with the work performed both times.

The roof was fine at first. A year later it started to leak and it has been miserable dealing with them since. They first sent a person out to review the issue. He said that there should have been extra flashing installed in a certain section of the roof that was leaking. After repeated calls, they finally sent someone out to fix the roof. They fixed the leak but it looks like someone from 3rd grade did the repair. Additionally, they sliced through the siding of my house (visible from the front of my house) with the flashing and left about 6 inches to a foot of the flashing cut through the siding, facing out the from of the house. I took pictures of the work and sent it to the sales representative. He said he would talk to the owner, "the owner" proceeded to say it looked good to him. I told the sale representative that it was unacceptable and he said the owner would call personally, which has never happened. If you are thinking about using them, please first contact me and I will sent you the picture of how they fixed it. I have little doubt that you will want to find a better option.

The estimate portion went very well, but the report took a week longer than promised.

Did not use Signature Exteriors. I told them that the original installer was Bone Dry Roofing in 2014 and they returned to make the repair. I will need to have my account credited back the $49 fee which I paid to use in the future for another purchase.

Very poor job. Never followed up with any estimates on garage, roof or gutters and downspouts. Also said they would not clean out gutters. The caulk that he put under one of my windows was extremely ameteur. Spots were not sealed and is very lumpy. He couldn't ever run a bead of caulk correctly. This was my first Angie's List experience and I have to say I will not be contracting through this website for anything else.

Everything went very well. I was very pleased from the time Mr. Beechler arrived at our home. ......The gutter repair was performed quickly and efficiently. The proposal was professional and included a description of the work and list of materials. The price was in line with other estimates. I'm looking forward to having Signature Exteriors complete the needed repairs. Plan to review that work when completed.

I STILL HAVE NOT HEARD BACK FROM ANYONE.(today is 7/26) I would like to give a good review! I’m writing to see if the proposal has been sent and perhaps not received?
