Description of Work: Storm Damage Roof Inspection with Repair Credit

Description of Work: It was a busy time of year because several storms had just gone thru the area and our roof was not the only one. Therefore the "flashing guy" took a while to get the job done but nothing was left open to the elements. |We were pleased because we'd had trouble with previous roofs and couldn't believe that the work was done without hassle.

Description of Work: We set an appointment and they showed up on time and completed inspection. However, they were supposed to send me a written evaluation and estimate for follow up work and I did not receive until I called a few weeks later. They were very nice when I called, apologized for the delay. They said they would be within a few weeks to do the repairs, which they did. The job is complete and looks good.

Description of Work: They fixed some roof tiles that had blown off. The new tiles match and the work was done on time without any hassle at all.

Description of Work: We contact them for a leak we had in the roof. We had made some repairs ourselves and when they arrived they inspected the roof and felt we had fixed the problem; but stated to call them if we had any further problems. About 3 weeks later, after a heavy storm we discovered the leak again and called them back. They put us on the schedule, arrived on time and did some additional sealing. We have had several storms since and have had no further leaking. The only cost was the initial special deal from Angie's list. I recommended them to my neighbors and would highly recommend them to anyone who is in need of their services.

Description of Work: I bought a big deal for $59 for Two Hours of Roof, Siding & Gutter Maintenance

Description of Work: Inspected roof. Went fine. We used them to replace the roof.

Description of Work: We had a leak in the roof, down into the kitchen. They came out and inspected the roof. They did find the flashing around the vent is where the water was entering the house. They sealed it up. They provided us with a report of hail and wind damage to the roof. Unfortunately State Farm did not agree with them that the hail damage would be covered by the insurance. Insurance did cover the cost of repairing the damage done in the kitchen.

Description of Work: They repaired some siding that had popped out of place but it is still out of place. They gave me a roof estimate but when I called them several times for a follow up estimate they were unresponsive.

Description of Work: Checked for cause of frost on the underside of roof decking. It went well.
