Description of Work: My gutter was leaking. I signed up for the $59 special and was contacted promptly to set a date. I had to wait a while for an appointment date for the special. They arrived on time and quickly determined that the drain spout was clogged causing the overflow. We've had one substantial rain since then and it appears that the problem is fixed.

Description of Work: They replaced a loose board on my soffet - and we have a large ald house with stupid 4-5 wide soffet - the board that fell off was 25 feet up and on a corner. It was impossible for me to replace myself. They also repaired a gap between the eave and gutter that birds had been nesting in. They put chicken wire over two decratative buttresses to discourage birds from nesting there. They checked a problem I thought I was having with my gutters and determined that I did not in fact have a problem. | |The personnel were great and I was extremely pleased with their work.

Description of Work: Jason reattached shingles that were off the roof and reattached some vinyl siding that came loose. I was NOT happy that on their sight it says " 2 Hours of Roof, Siding and Gutter Maintenance" and they do not clean out gutters. What is Maintenance???? The reason I joined Angies List was because of the Maintenance and my gutters are clogged up. Jason was very professional and came out and done the work in the rain. I did not think he should be up on the roof but said it was fine. I have loose siding under my deck which I guess was not checked. They were only here about 20 minutes.

Description of Work: Signature Exteriors Inspected my roof, gutter, and siding as requested, and reported to me that they are in good condition and not in need of repair; except for the need to clamp a loose gutter, they did that. I have no complaints regarding their work. However I did request a quote on having some other tasks completed, but to date I have not received a response of any kind or character.

Description of Work: They did a thorough job of inspecting the roof, fixing a loose gutter, measured gutters for possible future gutter covers, replaced some siding which had a hole in it (we had extra siding), and answered all my questions. They did show up a few hours early but luckily I was home. Pleased with the work.

Description of Work: Two man team came out and evaluated the condition of my roof and gave me recommendations. They also reattached a gutter that was starting to pull away from the house. My wife said they trusted the workers and would use their service again.

Description of Work: They handled an insurance claim for hail damage. The work included a new roof with the removal and reinstall of our solar panels, new gutters, and siding repairs. They hired all the subcontractors and followed up that each was doing the job they were suppose to do. |They were great to work with and always returned calls or e-mails.

Description of Work: I bought a deal for $59 for two hours of roof, siding & gutter maintenance. They did a very good job.

Description of Work: Jason removed old metal flashing and nearby asphalt shingles from our brick chimney. He replaced the shingles using some we had save when the roof was installed. He grooved the chimney brinks and then replaced and sealed the metal flashing. We were well satisfied with the workmanship, but it is a little early to tell how the job will hold up under weathering.
