Description of Work: They previously replaced the roofs on two houses for me. This time they replaced roofing on 3 apartment buildings out of nine. The inspected the others and recommended and completed some minor, low dollar repairs on 3 of them. I have always been happy with them.

Description of Work: Representative from Signature Exteriors came out and looked at a leak that I believed I had. He checked the approximate location of where it might be, lifted some shingles and caulked under them. He also did some other minor roof maintenance items while he was at it. Overall was good service.

Description of Work: I was not home. Fella I talked to that was ok. They inspected the roof and gutter as I requested...I was having a problem with the gutters / gutter guards overflowing...When I did not receive anything from them in several weeks I called.......I was told they were behind in sending pictures and solutions for problem.....called again......still not received anything... |I think my money should be refunded.

Description of Work: They replace the shingles on the house and replaced all the sheeting material. It started with the supplier delivering the wrong sheeting material size. It took days and calls have wrong material pickup and the right material delivered. Finally, the new shingles and sheeting were installed. But communications were a problem, they failed to keep me informed of the schedule and changes. At one point during the installation I noted a six inch gap near an edge of where there was not underlayment on more row, but I could not find the supervisor to stop the crew. When the crew finished. I found two problems with the installation. They had to return twice to fixed correct deficiencies. On the second visit, they had to remove a four foot by four foot section of shingles to correct a sheeting installation. When the workman removed the shingles I noted there was not underlayment. I called the office immediately. A roofing crew come out within a couple of hours to correct the problem. They had to remove shingles on a section of about 25 foot by 4 foot section until they got found underlayment and then rebuild the installation. Also during the installation of the sheeting the crew destroyed about 25 under eves air vents. At this point I said that since I must paint the sheeting under eves I said I would install them when I painted.

Description of Work: Purchased the Angie's deal for $59 inspection and minor tacking down, etc. Received a call very soon after the purchase and Jeramie came out and inspected the roof. He even went to the store and bought some wasp spray so he could get to the gutters to tighten them. There were a couple other repairs that needed to be scheduled and they actually came out and completed these while I was at work so I didn't have to take off. They provide pictures before and after. Very happy with all aspects of this company. Danny was who I spoke to most of the time and he was so professional, friendly and prompt on getting back to me.
