Description of Work: They replaced 2 pipe boots on the roof that had been damaged by squirrels and installed a valley controller to prevent the water from overflowing on the rear patio. They provided me with photos before and after the work was done, which I really appreciated. Before they came, the rain poured over the gutter and onto the patio like a giant water fall - I couldn't believe just how well the controller took care of the problem - excellent! I was very satisfied with the work done and will use them again, if needed.

Description of Work: Before the work was done I was prepared to complain about how long it took for them to start the work. Was told it would be in about 4 weeks. 8 weeks later they started. But the work was done incredibly well and the price was less than half than one I received from another vendor. I had a leak near my chimney. The repairman did an outstanding job of completely protecting the roof all around the chimney. Just had a heavy rain. The place where water came in is bone dry. Proof is in the pudding. Highly recommend this company for quality and price. Just have to bare with a possible wait time.

Response from Signature Exteriors
We performed work for this customer and he agreed to pay for the material that was not included in the Big Deal. After being 60 days behind on his agreed upon bill, we did call him and let him know that if he did not pay that we would put a lien on his house. At which time he finally paid. This review is completely unfounded, since we do not contact Angieslist to pay for material that a customer approved to be installed.
