They were very responsive. He was right on time and explained everything he was going to do. I was very pleased. I bought the big deal special for $99. It was for two hours of roof maintenance and storm damage.

Signature Exteriors had left a flyer on my house stating they do free estimates for roofs etc. Within the same day of contacting them Jeramie had come out to my home and inspected my roof. He said he would do all the contacting with the insurance company as soon as we filed the claim and he definately did. He met with our insurance adjuster within a week and was with him while he was inspecting our roof. After our claim had been approved our roof had been scheduled to be replaced within a week or so. Our roof looks great and everything went super smooth. Right after that within days my gutters were being replaced and during this time my interior wall damage was being replaced as well. I really couldn't of asked for a better experience from Signature Exteriors. I really look forward to working with them in the future.

Signature Exteriors came to us one Sat. morning to do a free quote by being in the neighborhood. We had quite a bit of hail damage & they dealt with our insurance company & it was the most painless experience we have ever had. Jeramie Beechler is the most honest, knowledgeable, easiest to talk to & trustworthy salesman out there. He knows the business & won't try to steer you wrong. Great guy. The crew that he had do the work was great too. Hard workers, quick & cleanup was awesome. We would definitely use them again for future services & would recommend them to anybody. :-)

This roof was put on by an owner selling a house to us. Signature Exteriors (specifically Jeramie) was able to coordinate conversations with both the current owner and the future owners of the house (us) so that we are all happy with the end result. They constantly kept us updated and were extremely quick. They sent us before and after pictures to show just how great the job was and how much the beautiful roof does to the exterior of our home. Jeramie was extremely understanding to our specific situation. We will do business again with them in the future and will tell our friends.

Went great! Jeramie and Dan showed up on time on Saturday, promptly at 12:00 pm. They explained what they were going to do, problem solved the situation very methodically and made sure that they did not damage my property when they ascendced the roof and the attic. These guys work as a team and they are vey courteous, prompt and they do what they say. After they left on Saturday, we heard the noise from the roof again, and I called Dan who said they would return on Tuesday, Feb 12th at 6:30 pm. As promised, they returned a little before 6:30 pm and discovered that the problem was not from the vents or any other roofing issues. They isolated the problem as a plumbing issue, helped me replicate the cause of the noise and made recommendations for reconciliation on my own or with a plumber. These guys are professionals and I would recommend them to anybody, and certainly any roofing issues I have in the future will be handed off to these guys.

The contractor was prompt and was happy to give answers to all our questions. Called us before on any changes. Overall, there were no surprises. The quality of work was also good. They contacted the Insurance company and worked with them and gave them reasonable estimates. Before changing the roof, they provided several options and there was no pressure to pick one from the other. They performed the work as promised at the right time. When they noticed additional issues, they promptly contacted Insurance folks and also kept us in loop on all the issues. We were very happy to use their services.

We had problems with water leaking into our breakfast room in the kitchen. I called Signature Exteriors and Jeramie came to our home that week to inspect the problem. He was very thorough in his report with pictures to show that our damage was due to hail. We made a claim with our insurance company, and Signature Exteriors did the rest. They had all the information to send to our insurance company, and then in September they began with the roof. The roof was completed in a weekend, and they did an excellent job replacing our roof. They also did a wonderful job cleaning up afterwards. Within a week they repaired the siding to our house. They were very good at fixing our concerns with the color of the siding, and did a great job on the gutters too. Finally we had some repairs to be done inside. The ceiling had to be repaired and painted. The painters took three days to repair and paint the kitchen ceiling ,as well as paint the ceilings on the entire lower level of the house. We had concerns about a couple of areas, but after notifying Signature Exteriors to look at the problems , they were very good about making sure it was done right. Overall, we were very pleased with the service, friendliness, professionalism and work that was done. We highly recommend this company!

A salesman came to my house and offered to do a roof inspection. I believed that my home may have had hail damage so I agreed to the inspection. Jeramie, the project manager, showed up and inspected the exterior of the house. He told me that in a few days he would deliver an estimate of the damages. He believed my home would qualify for a roof replacement. He promptly dropped off the estimate complete with pictures of the damage. With that he clearly explained how I could proceed with the process. I then contacted my insurance company and they to inspected the property and agreed the roof required replacement. Jeramie left me with several shingle books to help me decide on the color. He also furnished me with addresses of houses that I could look at to get a better idea of shingle choice. During the process I did have a hang up with my mortgage company endorsing the initial insurance check. Jeramie was understanding with the situation which I greatly appreciated. Working with Jeramie was a great experience and would rec-amend his services to my friends and family.

These guys are awesome! I have never had to have a roof replacement before, but with the Hail storms this past year it was inevitable. I was approached by many other roofing companies, but the guys at Signature Exteriors were absolutely the most professional and honest group of guys I had spoken to out of everyone. From the initial assessment, they provided a very professional damage report they had put together with pictures showing every detail of damage. They walked me through every step of the project, and even helped me to get my soffit and facia finished on the house. The crew they had work on the roof was very professional. They were there on time and completed the whole job in 1 day. They were very thorough on cleanup as well! I had several neighbors that had gone with other companies, paid alot more, and were not very satisfied with the project when it was all done. I would definitely recommend Signature Exteriors to anyone I know for their roofing project, as well as any other home projects they might need completed.

Signature representative, Jeremy was very responsive. Discussed in detail everything they would be doing. Once we scheduled the start date they were on time, the workmen were very professional, they were very efficient and you couldn't tell they had been there when they finished. Not a spec of any trash, nails, etc. Very professional. Jeremy followed up several times after the installation to make sure we were pleased with everything. Outstanding company, I would highly reccomend. I compared them to two other highly reccomended companies and I'm glad we chose Signature.
