Called to tell me that they do not do the type of work required. Briefly told me what needed to be done and told me what type of contractor I should contact.

Jeramie Beechler contacted us quickly and set-up an appointment to come out and see what work was needed. This started out as a $69 Angies List Deal for 3 hours of repair to roof, gutters and/or downspouts. Once we had Jeramie on site and felt comfortable with him, we discussed our siding needs. We had extensive damage from the last hail storm which needed to be attended to. Over the next week or so, Jeramie found a very good match for our siding and scheduled the work. We had to postpone 3 times because of the weather, but we weren't in any hurry. His crew came on a clear, no-rain day and got started. They installed a new kitchen window which we requested as an additional project, finished most of the replacement of the back wall of siding, and then came back the next day and finished the back and side. His crew was very efficient and thorough and left our property clean. The siding looks beautiful and the window brightens the whole kitchen and dining area. There was no hassle. The $69 was included in the estimate along with an Angie's List $100 discount. We were very happy with Jeramie, his partner Danny and the crew that performed the work. We were treated fairly and honestly. Highly recommend.

We had some minor hail damage and found Signature Exteriors and glad we did, initially we didn't think we had much damage from the recent storms this year. Jeremy and Dan came out and assessed the property, documented the damage and worked directly with my insurance adjuster to get the approval and got the work done quickly and professionally. My insurance company isn't easy to deal with and we had tried before on are own and were not able to get the claim approved. This is what they do everyday I highly recommend them and if you want to work with a contractor that takes care of the customer these guys are IT!!

I know longer have a roof leak.

the 2 men that came at the appt time were very professional & polite. they answered our questions & explained what they were doing. they had a nice sense of humor. When they completed their work, they said they would be sending us a complete report along with the photos they took to document damage in about a week. I even asked how they would be able to do it in such a short time--esp since they said a large number of people purchased the deal on Angie's list. It's been 8 weeks since they were here & we have yet to receive the report/photos they said they would send within a week. I'm willing to extend the time for them to do this, but we have not heard from them in any form since they were here. I guess I will have to make the time to call them to ask when to expect the report. The lack of follow through was the reason they rec'd a B grade.

I purchased a big deal from them. They were good when it came to the roof repair. They state they had a gutter guy who worked for them that they recommended coming out. He cancelled on me twice and I said I am done with him. I called signature exteriors back and they said we will work you on this but it might take a week.

They did good work, all repairs seem to have been satisfactory. They were responsive, came when they said they would, and they were an easy company to work with.

well did a good job but left some of the trash from the gutter around.

A storm in April of 2013 blew off an antenna that sat on top of the roof. The antenna tore some shingles and left holes in the wood from the screws that held the antenna. Jeramie came to see how much damage and how much to repair the damage. He inspected the roof and found there was other damage. He informed me that he could repair the damage, but thought it might be worth my while to inquire with my insurance company. My insurance company assessed the same issue Jeramie did. I received a bid from another company. They were very nice, but all of the upgrades were costly. Signature exteriors was able to offer those same upgrades included into the estimate the insurance company gave us. The roof was completed in one day. They cleaned around the house thoroughly. The roof looks great. My wife and I couldn't be happier with the work and the professionalism. Jeramie is great to work with and he takes interest in serving the customer. I would highly recommend this company and Jeramie.

I am very please with how Signature Exteriors fixed a leak in my roof recently. I called them up because they had a "big-deal" going at the time. They said that I should buy it and they will come out and look at my leak. Since my repair was a little different than what the big deal coupon was for, we negotiated a very reasonable repair cost. It took a few weeks for the crew to come out and fix the leak (our house has a steep roof and so it was not a one man job). Since it took a while, Signature gave me a further discount. Communication with Signature was easy. They were very responsive to emails. The repair has stopped the leak, but its still early :)

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service and it was very good. It turns out there was nothing wrong on the roof and it only took about 15 minutes. We had a downspout that was damaged so, because I had spent $69 for the Big Deal and it only took 15 minutes and nothing else was wrong, he actually came back within the week with another downspout. He put it in, took the other one away and I did not pay anything additional.

No problems, friendly service guy, did a nice job

I thought the service went very well. He did exactly what the contract called for. The only thing that I saw that I was kind of concerned about was that he was only here for about an hour and a half and the contract called for three hours of siding, roof, and gutter maintenance. Of course if you can do all that is needed to be done in an hour and a half because of a small city home especially since my home is mostly brick and very little siding then I guess I can't expect him to hang around for an extra hour and a half. I did ask him to provide me with estimates for 1. New siding, 2. New gutters, and 3. New siding and Gutters. I have not received these estimates but, I think it was because his estimates might have gone to my spam folder in my E-mail, not necessarily his fault. I will contact him again to have him resubmit for my estimates.

They were on time professional, neat and considerate.

Service was performed in a timely and professional manner. Jeremy Belcher was especially helpful dealing with insurance company.

Jeramie and Dan were more than prompt. They were actually early. They asked if I had any specific concerns which they addressed. After inspection, they informed me that I had quite a bit of hail damage on my roof and gutters and suggested I make a claim with my insurance company. A few days later I received an email with pictures of the damage and an offer to be present once a meeting is scheduled with the adjuster. They were only at my home for less than an hour but seemed pretty thorough. I would recommend Signature Exteriors.

Service was great. It wasn't an emergency, so it did take a couple weeks to fit me in, which was ok with me. The salesman told me upfront the tornado in the area and bad storms had him really backed up. Jeramie was the field supervisor that showed up. Very professional, nicely dressed and sounded very interested in fixing the issue. Overall, very pleased with Signature Exteriors and Jeramie.

It went fine. The four jobs took less than an hour. He was polite, efficient, and knowledgeable. I am rating him at the top in quality even though I can't go up on the roof and inspect his work, because he inspired my trust. .

Jeremy was wonderful. We scheduled quickly and he personally inspected the entire roof and showed me actual pictures of problem areas. He fixed area to avoid leakage and advised us we needed a new roof, never telling me that his company could do this. He suggested we contact our insurance company first and talked with them and even offered to meet with them to dudcuss his findings . Jeremy patched rroof areas, and never pressured me for any additional services.
