Signature Exteriors

I was looking to have my gutters cleaned as part of this deal but they said that they only do gutter repairs/ maintenance so my requested service did not fall under this deal's terms. They were very professional and the person I spoke to was able to kindly clear things up.

All of the employees that we've been in contact with have been very helpful and professional. Our original call to Signature was for issues with our gutters. After inspecting our roof, they advised us that it should be replaced and assisted us with the insurance process. So far part one of what we understand to be a 3 step process has been completed. There have been some delays that seem to be mostly weather related. Very pleased thus far. Will add more to this review once the entire project is complete, but so far our experience has been great.

Purchase the 2 hour of siding and gutter maintenance. I needed this for 2 6 foot pieces of aluminum facia that had blown off to be replaced. When I called I was told that this service could not be used for the item I purchased. So far haven't found another need for the 2 hours.

They came out and looked at my roof and gave me a bid for additional work. I know some companies provide this service for free. I thought they were actually going to do some work while they were here. However, scheduling was just fine and the technician came out right away.

Perfect! In over 40 years of home ownership, we had never had to deal with a replacement roof. Signature, at our request, inspected our existing roof, determined that we had two layers of shingles and hail damage. They prepared our submital, complete with photos and details, to our insurance company. Signature met our insurance company inspector and they walked our roof together. All that Signature had suggested was approved and work proceeded. In 1 1/2 days, they tore off two old roofs, installed new shingles and cleaned up. Everything was done perfectly, beyond our expectations. Just the professional and complete clean up was so well done, very difficult for me to find just one old nail! Nothing like the horror stories from friends about finding old nails for a year or more. Signature came back a week later to do a final inspection and answer any questions we had. I am completely pleased with their work. I used them because of a positive recommendation from a co-worker and I have already recommended them to my neighbor.

Very professional and thorough with the roof inspection. I like that they email photos of what they've done and what they've seen up on the roof. The garage wrap was a little pricier than i thought it should be, but the quality of work was good.

All work could be done without making appointments, so it was completed as the weather allowed. It was not completed by the first estimated date, so I contacted them to see when it would be. We were not home when the fascia was replaced, but the roof repair technician let me know when he arrived.

I contacted Signature Exteriors after our roof sustained some wind/hail damage back in February. They promptly came out to assess the damage and help me determine the need to move forward with an insurance claim. They were actively involved in the process moving forward and met our insurance adjuster at our home on several occasions. Once we had approval from insurance for a full roof replacement, Signature Exteriors was able to schedule the work for later that week. The crew came out and completed the replacement in one day. They were professional and very thorough with clean-up, etc. Every part of the process has been seamless. They have been professional and courteous in all interactions. Communication has been excellent and they have always responded promptly to any of my questions. I would use this company again and highly recommend them to others.

It has gone super so far. Inspector checked roof, siding etc on the outside of my home. He took pictures, which were included in the estimate, so I could see the damage. I am very pleased so far.

After workman removed vinyl siding, he explained the cause of problem and showed me what he was going to do. He was very polite and informative. .

Called me once to reschedule and then they never called me back. I found someone else.

The service turned out fine. I can't climb on the roof to see how the job was done. They were busy, and so they couldn't come right away, but the guy was good when he came, and he went up there and he fixed it, so that in case it did rain, it wouldn't sip through, and then they came back afterwards and fixed it. The big deal gave me $100 credit.

I would recommend these people any day. Their work was of the up most quality, and clean up was exceptional, they were punctual and finished in one day.

It was fine. They told us there were no problems.

Raul was prompt, professional and courteus. I was very happy with estimate. Work was completed sooner than expected. Corey did actual repair. Both were very professional and I am happy there are no more leaks.

I called Signature Exteriors on May 1 or 2nd. I told them I was closing on my property on May 9th, and the people purchasing the home just completed their inspection. These guys not only came out that day to give me a bid but they understood the time frame and the situation. They got me a bid on monday and had the job DONE by WEDNESDAY. Ron and Dan are all around good guys and they do GREAT WORK AT A REALLY CHEAP/GREAT PRICE. I never leave notes on these sites but these guys treated me like a close friend. So grateful to Jeramie Beechler and his crew. Great team of people to work with. Right from the beginning, they were so professional and timely with their responses. Rob Conner came to our home, assessed the situation and determined where the leak was coming from. He actually fixed the leak right then and there since he had a roofing shingle in his truck. He was very knowledgable and answered our questions. He even offered to come back and be available at the meeting with the insurance adjuster so he could explain to her what needed to be done. The entire process went very smoothly. Friendly, curtious and professional. Great experience.

This is our second job with Signature and we'll continue to go back. In our previous job with Signature our insurance company would only pay for patch repairs. After the February 2014 storms a large portion of our older shingles blew away and we knew we needed a new roof. After the storm we got an email from Signature proactively to call them if we needed assistance. I made an appointment that day and Jeramie (owner) came and made the roof water tight keeping an eye to the weather conditions coming in that week. He worked with us to and with our insurance company to manage all the paperwork and inspections. The crew did a good job, the roof is beautiful and in subsequent storms we've had no issues.

We purchased one of the roof inspection deals through AngiesList. The company contacted us right away and came out to our house within a few weeks. They resealed around a one of the pipes and addressed a couple of nails that were sticking up. They reported that our roof should be in good shape for a while and had no further recommendations at this time. All in all we had a very good experience with the company.

Signature Exteriors called and set up an appointment to check the roof right away. They were prompt and professional. They took pictures and replaced a couple of damaged shingles. They were very honest with what should be replaced and how long a life the roof should have left. When we do need a new roof, I would definitely call them to complete the work!

This turned out just fine. They were very responsive and got back to me right away. They reattached some shingles that had blown off. The quality of work was pretty good and they were very professional.

I did not have a good experience with this provider. It took a long time to schedule the inspection of the roof of our rental property - I think it took from about November 2013 to January 2014. At first I played a long game of phone tag with Jeremie from Signature. I called and emailed several times and simply could not connect with Signature. I didn't blame Signature or Jeremie for the delay in scheduling the inspection because he did respond to all of my calls and I have a busy schedule. I thought it was just one of those random cases where my schedule was hectic and so was the schedule of Signature's point person. Once I got my property manager involved, they scheduled the inspection within a reasonable amount of time so I thought it would be okay. There were delays due to weather and Jeremie arriving but not having the right ladder to access the roof. I was willing to forgive all of that. What led me to give the low review is this - Jeremie gave me a report on the outcome of his inspection on February 5, 2014. The report is extensive, it lists areas where repairs are needed with photos. He asked who our insurance carrier was to facilitate repairs. I responded by email the same day - about an hour later with the name of our carrier and I requested an estimate. I was ready to hire them with or without our insurance carrier reimbursing the costs. In response to my email, Jeremie said "I will work on that estimate and have it to you by Monday [February 10, 2014]" That was more than two and a half months ago. Since then, I have not seen an estimate or any other email from Jeremie or Signature. I would not use this provider again.

From the time of initial estimates, to scheduling a time convenient for me, to the follow of the finish work, I couldn't have asked for a more professional follow through and follow up, great looking roof all trouble free. The job was completed on my home in one day, with the clean up in the end being immaculate. I really appreciate Angie's list steering me towards this company. I used a couple of Angies list sources to get estimates for the roof. I am extremely pleased the choice I made.

I found after an early spring storm that a piece of facing was hanging from the front of my house. I called and they came out that afternoon to nail the facing back up and to make an appointment when it got warmer to come back and replace the piece with something new and it would look much better. They did exactly as promised and I was very please with the service. I appreciate that they came out the day I called even in the not so nice weather to nail it back up so that it was not dangling with the fear of it ripping more of the facing off. I am very pleased with the end result.

I contacted Signature Exteriors on a Wednesday, to set up an appointment, for a leak in my roof. Raul contacted me on Thursday, to set up an appointment for Friday. Raul was at my home, exactly when he said he would be there. He got on my roof, and inspected the problem area. He also inspected other other areas of the roof, upon my request. He explained to me, where the leak was coming from, and how to repair it. He proceeded to make the repair, by applying some caulk to the problem area. I will definitely use Signature Exteriors, in the future, if the need arises. Raul was responsive, punctual, and professional.
