The sub contractors were really good and they were knowledgeable. They were not trying to charge us extra for other services that were not necessary. They got the job done in one day and they cleaned up well after themselves.

I purchased the big deal for $55 [a roof inspection by a HAAG certified inspector with $100 repair credit due to the recent extreme weather; Resealing around pipe collars, exhaust fans, vents, and chimney flashings; Nailing down any loose shingles; Checking for interior leaks; Summary report with areas of concern (includes photos of areas needing repair)Professional recommendations and action plan (if necessary) $100 credit toward repairs]. After the inspection, they provided me with an estimate of the work with pictures that needed to be done on 5/12/2014. I responded on 5/13 that I wanted them to proceed with the repairs. The main person I had contact with was Raul Moreno. I received an email the following day that crews where 2-3 weeks behind due to weather - - duh - - I have rain coming in my house!!! That's why I purchased the deal! The pipe and fascia were replaced the following week but I was still waiting on the shingles. The individual that came out to complete the repairs did a good job but I cannot credit him with his good work since he never provided his name. I called into the office and spoke to Daniel who indicated he would call me back in a couple of hours to advise as to status of shingles - no such luck. Shingles were done afterwards but I was never informed the work was complete. So now, it's 6/24/2014 and I contact them for a status of the work and if everything is complete. No response. I get an invoice around 7/6 for services rendered from from Kim, the office assistant/mgr - really? There was actually someone in the office that should have been responding to my request. I responded back that I needed confirmation that repairs were completed because there is no way we could tell if the shingles had been replaced or not given our home is a 2-story (and we didn't get any pictures to show completed repairs). Raul came by later in the week and confirmed repairs were complete. Finally!!! They really need to improve their customer service and call customers back, as they promised, instead of sending an email. Hopefully, all the work was done that I cannot see from the ground - - if not, they will hear from me!! In total, I paid $320.00 after the $100 credit towards repairs, including the initial $55 inspection fee.

Raul was very kind and professional. Climbed up on the roof to inspect for hail damage, no damage but he did have a recommendation for sealing some shingles that were losing their adhesive due to age. He took the time to carefully explain to me how to do this. I wish all companies were like this!

It didn't I explained everything in upper section ,I use angies list a lot and most of people I do get are nice and highly professionals no metter of the size of the job...but not his provider...I definitely wouldn't recommend him to no one

They did a great job and I was happy with what they did. They did not charge me more than the big deal purchase. They were very professional, they did it quick and it was a good experience.

We can't say enough good things about this company. Their team of installers and salespeople are extremely honest and punctual. I was very impressed and will definitely call them again and recommend them to anyone.

This company is very professional. They arrived on time and went straight to work and completed my entire roof by 3:30 pm. They clean ans cleared away all the trash in the yard. They sat down and explained every detail of the roof replacement. They are fantastic!

Very kind, and were the only one that got to us right away. They would have been the ones to get the whole roof job if it were not for a friend of ours doing the job for us. The job they did was professional and completed in a timely manner.

They did a good job of calling right away and giving me an estimate but it was going to be three times the cost of the Big Deal to have my complete roof done (about 6,000 sq. ft.), which is jut more than I'm willing to pay.

I called to set up appointment for roof and gutter inspection. The man was looking up our house on computer as we were speaking. He started telling me that he could not inspect all the gutter drains from roof as they did not have long enough ladders and it would be too risky to get to one gutter etc etc. I told him his coupon said gutter inspection also. How does a roof and gutter co not have the right equipment to inspect the entire roof? I told him he can use our ladder but he declined. It went downhill from there as I hired him to inspect our gutters.I did not have confidence that he would do the job since there were disclaimers before he even came.

I purchased the roof maintenance package and met a rep from the company on April 11. He took a few photos of the roof and informed me they would be back next week to perform the repairs. They have never returned and I have contacted the company through the message center numerous times.

I was mislead as to what they were going to do when they came out.

Took time to get the job done but they did good work.

They did a quick and terrific job. I would recommend and use them again.

The work done was great -- repaired a strip of shingles that had been damaged by the spring storms, caulked a few gaps along the top of the roof, and gave us an estimate to do some additional work on our siding. Very pleased!

It went well. My only complaint is that the worker pressed too much that I possibly needed a new roof, and his company would be very happy to do the work.

Everyone has been really nice, I'm specifically working with Daniel. The only issue I have is they seem really busy. So busy that the work they started in April is still not finished to completion in June. Nothing water related... they got the main roof done in one day, just the finishing touches they had trouble scheduling me for. Not enough of an issue to warrant a complaint.... I'm just reporting a fact and am overall happy with the roof.

They were professional from the beginning inspection through the repairs. They did an excellent job and included photos of the issues after the inspection. It was the easiest, most seamless repair I've experienced in quite a while! Excellent company and service.

Went great. It rained a lot the next few days and the porch stayed dry and the gutters and downspouts all worked properly again. Thank you! They even took pics up on the roof and emailed them to me.

Daniel Logan came out to bid the job. He was the third person to look at it and his obvious grasp of what needed to be done was so so clear. No one else had talked about why we had leaks exactly where we did. He told us in two sentences and then explained how he would fix it. He showed up on time, worked very hard and long hours, and has been totally professional. HIs bid was very reasonable.

The February wind storm blew off shingles in several areas on our roof. In some places the bare roof board was showing. The next day I called Signature Exteriors. They were out within 8 hours to tarp the bad areas. Even though with all the estimates, tarping and work they were performing with other clients from the storm, the roof was completed within two weeks. The work and cleanup was excellent.

They came initially to repair the gutters and told me about possible problems from lacking gutter aprons. They gave a quote and explained the process over emails and sent diagrams of what the work would look like. They completed the work promptly and so far the gutters seem to be working fine. They are very responsive and professional in customer service, which is definitely something I value.

They were very presentable and they were wonderful overall. We did not know that we had replacement shingles in our basement after they came I found them. The shingles they used did not match but they did their job and they did the repair and the leak has stopped. They were professional and responsive. They price was reasonable as well.

2 guys came out and performed the inspection. Gave me a report on the minimal damage to my roof and gave me their suggestions. They made a minor repair and blew the gutters out while they were at it. They were very pleasant

This was a follow-up request after Signature Exteriors replaced some shingles after a windstorm. The company sent people out quickly, was very responsive through phone and email communication. Made suggestions of future work, but never gave the hard sale. They will be getting a call from me the next time I need roofing work.
