They did an okay job; their response time was a little weak- it took them a while to get back to me, and then the amount of time it took them to actually come out and do the job took a while. They did a fine job but were very slow; I was even slow to get my bill-it was over a month and a half or two months to get my bill.

I was very impressed. The house was built in 1946 and I've lived here for 2 1/2 years. In that time, I've made a lot of repairs and had every major system re-inspected with Angie's List companies. The only thing missing was the roof, and, although I hadn't had any leaks, I wasn't sure how old it was and whether I was one storm away from disaster. The Angie's List special was $59 for a complete inspection and two-hours labor. I scheduled it for a day I was on vacation. Raul and Jason arrived right on schedule. They asked me about any concerns, then went up on the roof. I was very happy to find out the roof was less than 10 years old and in very good condition. The chimney was also in good shape. The only damage they found was squirrel damage to the flashing around two pipes. This had shown up on the pre-sale inspection as well. They replaced both with metal pieces that should last for the life of the roof. They also trimmed several branches that were laying on the roof. All of this for an additional $40 for the cost of the metal flashing. I was very pleased. I am always very impressed when companies are honest and don't encourage unnecessary work. I will definitely use this company again!

They were terrific. The appt. Was set and they were on time and very polite and professional. They removed the pine needles that were on the roof, they made sure the chimney flashing was secured.they fixed the strapping on the downspouts and they attached part of the downspout that was broken off. They did something special for me They put on a boot on a small pipe that was coming out of the roof that was not normally included in the deal I am very grateful to them. They went above and beyond to help the customer

Pitiful, poor. They seem like a sneaky company.

Went well with that project (some delays but most were weather related). Since then I have had no luck/response from the company for my own house or other rental properties. Also they were not very careful with the property while work was being performed - ex. laid a metal ladder on newly refinished wood floors, dirty hand prints all over freshly painted walls.

It went great. Can't speak enough of their customer service. It is top notch. Great communication, great follow up, didn't ask for a dime until the job was done to my satisfaction. I would use them again. Price was also good. I have a large complicated roof. Their price was more than fair. Shop around, will you find a cheaper price, likely, will that price have a ton of good reviews on angies list, likely not. Its your roof on your house, it needs to last for long time, it also need to keep water out. Skimping on quality to save a grand isn't worth it. Thanks Daniel!! David

They're work was fine. There was a little bit of mis-communication but it was worked out in the end.

The provider contacted me and proposed a date and time. We went through the problems need to be fixed over the phone. Since all the work were exterior, and it did not need us to present. They did the job professionally and thoroughly, I definitely recommend them.

Was very happy with both guys that came out. They were through and were able to help fix the leak problem there on the spot.

It went well. I bought the deal for a roof repair, and there was storm damage – they replaced the whole roof.

They were intially very responsive. They replied immediately and set up an appointment quickly. We had roof shingles that had been removed by a storm, that at a minimum needed to be replaced. Two hail and wind storms had been through within 36 hours. They inspected and said we had both hail and wind damage. The first problem was that I was told that the inspector wanted to speak with the "team" regarding this and the nature of a claim that could or should be made to the insurance company. (Realize we have a high deductible plan on purpose. If this was something that just needed minor repairs we wanted to do that.) I had to leave three messages before I heard back that indeed the "team" had met. I was supposed to file a claim and they would meet the insurance adjustors. The second problem came when the insurance adjustors came. The representative apparently chose not to disagree with anything while they were there. But when the report was issued by the insurance company he said it was all incorrect. I needed to Insist on a formal second opinion. Then he promised, signature exteriors would arrive with two people - since the insurance company always has two people, and then they would fight the claim based on the findings they found. The third problem came when both individuals from Signature exteriors forgot to arrive when I had the appeal investigators at my home. I called and emailed but was unable to reach anyone until the next day. I was informed that "someone" had accidently changed the date in the calendar. The forth problem is that at this point regardless of what real damage I had no further appeals were available. The final problem I had with them is that months after the storm, I paid for a free inspection and have no repairs. They say they cannot repair my roof for the cost that the insurance company says it should be repaired - so I still have missing shingles. Stay away from this company.

This company is fantastic! I won't even compare companies/prices in the future but will go straight to Signature Exteriors. This is my second experience with Signature Exteriors and both times I have been awed at their service and professionalism.

I signed up for an Angies List deal of 2 hours gutter repair. I had a gutter falling off one end of the house and two other spots with minor problems. Speaking to Dan for the very first time, he expressed genuine concern about the hanging gutter and scheduled an appt. that was with a very short wait time. They showed up on time and fixed the problems that I pointed out and either fixed or had suggestions for the others. At no time did they try to upsell products or make me feel that they were anything but honest and hardworking......I will use them for all exterior needs in the future.

Finding the leak(s) required much more expenditure of time, materials and effort than any of us expected. The leaks were near the chimney and the first efforts were devoted to sealing potential leaks around the chimney. The next heavy rain brought showed that the leak was not fixed. Several trips were required to find the cause of the leak and repair it. The men who worked on it were professional and courteous through it all..

He nailed down loose ridge venting, checked roof around vents, and suggested the ridge vent needed to be larger. We did not follow the suggestion.

Went fine. Workers were punctual and highly efficient. Job looks great and they thoroughly cleaned the area. Complete roofing job finished in one day. Scheduling went without a hitch.

By the time the extra costs were added in, it wasn't a "deal" anymore. There were extra charges for the size of the house, for the number of stories, and for the pitch of the roof. This is not an unusually large house; it has two living floors of about 1,250 square feet apiece, and the roof is a normal pitch for this area, so I was surprised. There were also charges for some extra recommended work. I liked the company, but I didn't like the add ons for a house that I consider to be within the normal range. I want to get some more estimates before I proceed. It's possible I might go back to Signature Exteriors--I had no problem with any of their people. But I didn't like the way the "deal" was structured.

They had at the time a heavy schedule and had to reschedule which actually worked out better for me. They were very good ad confirming dates/times. I had a piece of siding that needed replacing at the very top of my fireplace (two story house) and a few holes in the siding that I wanted patched up. They were very quick and very polite. Did exactly what I asked. The only one thing that I wish had been different was that clear seal was used on white corner piece where a hole was which was fine, but then white seal was used on tan siding which kind of sticks out which I don't particularly like though it does exactly what I asked. I'm sure there was a reason but wish I had been told before it was done so it would not have been a bit of a downer when I saw it. I was supposed to get a quote for a corner piece to replace which I've not yet seen yet, but I would go back and check with them again if ever I need siding work done.

I contacted Signature Exterior to come out to give us a bid on repair the damages. They were busy, so it took them a couple of weeks to come out. I explained to them over the phone, the damages that I saw and want them to fix. They don't need need to be around when they come out. Shortly after, I received an email with the quote and details of what needs to be done. Ron's visit and email is professional, he went through everything. He found the shingles and other problems that I didn't realize. And I am also very impressed that he took photos of all the issues so that I can see them. I emailed back to accept the quote and would like them to start. They were again busy, so took a little while to be scheduled. The first technician came to perform the repair. I found that some work were not up to standard. I called Dan about the problem. He is very professional and accommodating. He came back out a couple of days letter, and called me to apologize for the quality of the work. He said he will have another crew come up to fix it right. And he did. I am very happy with this company with their professionalism, responsiveness, and standing behind their work.

The Removal And Replacement Of The Entire Roof System Went Very Fast And Clean-Up Was Great. We're Overjoyed With Our New Roof And Would Recommend This Fine Company To Any Of Our Neighbors.

Slow to return call Roof still leaks

We were trying to coordinate with painting the house and there was a timing glitch. Signature immediately took ownership of the glitch and actually ended up installing the gutters, then removing them later for the painters (and associated facia board repair work), then reinstalling them. They were extremely responsive and nice to deal with. The price may have been slightly higher than others, but they came well recommended from a friend in the roofing business and I'm glad we used them.
