The above sums it up quite well, except that I subsequently received an unsolicited email from the company saying they do not want to do business with me, and so I continue to be out the $59 dollars of the unused coupon. (;-(

We were pretty disappointed to see the leak had returned, but Jeramie was very easy to contact through email. He always returned our emails and phone calls. Very professional dealing with the problem and fixing it the second time.

Signature Exteriors did a wonderful job on our home. Everything looks beautiful. They exceeded our expectations of the final product. They also remained completely within their bid -- no last-minute add-ons. The entire process was a long one...approximately ten months. This was not completely the vendor's fault -- negotiations with our insurance company took several weeks, and we had to delay part of the work for a couple of months while waiting for the fabrication and installation of exterior windows and front door system to be completed by a different contractor. However....there were numerous delays throughout. My driveway was obstructed for weeks while waiting for someone to return to the job. My patience ran thin a couple of times --- out of the starting gate, palates of roofing materials were dropped off in my driveway, with a promise that the roof job would begin the next day. After two days I contacted the owner -- while he was very calm and pleasant, I do not think he understood the problem I had with being told the job would begin on a certain date, and not being informed that the schedule was changed. By our choice, the scope of the job evolved and expanded over the next couple of months. The workers maintained a neat environment, and they were very pleasant. However, towards the end of the project, there were several days in which I was promised that someone would be out to work, and no one showed up. These delays added up, and I complained that I was not happy with promises and excuses. (Not sure how materials could take weeks for delivery...never show up...and have to be reordered.) The house looks beautiful -- that's what really counts. However, I would not recommend Signature Exteriors simply because of the frustration from waiting for the job to be completed.

The two men called ahead, showed up promptly and went right to work. They were both very cordial and professional. They answered many questions for me and gave me the list of services they provide. I gave them a custom task to attempt for me and they were very agreeable. Based on this visit and task alone, I would indeed recommend them to others seeking home maintenance, repairs, additions , etc.

Not sure if I would use again as I don't think I got what I asked for. I expected for loose shingles to be repaired, but instead I got items to submit to my insurance company for repair. Felt like a inspection rather than a repair request.

They install the facia and soffit took approximately 3 days. Gutters approximately 6 hours, but header took about 1.5 days. The project was excellent except for amount of time to start header job. This could have been because heavy work being done by contractor in the area. The workers were excellent performing the jobs and cleaned up every day. I am very happy with the project.

It went well. I had a home that was 4,000 sq. ft, and it took them about an hour to do the work.

The service was fine. Everything was fine.

These guys were great!!! They came out once and thoroughly inspected the roof leak we noticed. I appreciated the fact that they weren't overselling us. They were honest about what needed to be done immediately, what would make the repair better, and what we need to plan for in the future for our roof. They came out a total of 4 times to help us. First to give an estimate, again to meet our insurance adjuster and we had to reschedule because of snow, again to actually walk the roof and point out what they saw to the insurance, and again to repair the roof. The worker was quiet and cleaned up after he was finished. My only critique is I wish we had 24 hours notice before the worker came. I woke up and there was a guy on the roof! Not a big deal, but a little notice would have been good. Also, when he arrived, it would have been great if he knocked on the door to say hello and then again when he was leaving. Just for safety...what if he fell or something and I didn't know he was here? Overall, I was very impressed with these guys and will definitely be using them when we replace the whole roof in the next few years. Thanks for being upstanding business owners!

They day before the holiday he was great. He was professional and super nice. He had great response time. I would highly recommend them.

The provided arrived on time and called before arrival. He shared what he was going to do, took before and after pics and showed us the pics. He caulked around the vent pipes where applicable. He reinforced some roofing material as well. He finished just before snow fell in our neighborhood. Very good job.

The process went very well. I was shown pictures of problem areas and was explained as to what was done.

Had to call twice just to get them to come out. Have called twice and left a message by email after they came out to get a copy of the report and still do not have one. It has been over three weeks. They did tell me when I called the second time the the only problem they saw with my roof that I was missing one shingle. Still waiting for report to see what their recommendations are for any repairs.

The service worked out just fine. I think that was my insurance man as well. There were no additional costs to the $49 Big Deal.

My wife called and spoke with Jeramie early in the afternoon on 11/20/14 and told him about some leaky spots we had in the roof. He agreed to come out and take a look to see what the problem was. He came out that very same day, at a time that was convenient for us. When he arrived (on time), he was very presentable and respectful. He told me what he planned to do during his inspection. He also stated if there were any minor repairs, he would fix them while on the roof for no charge and that they just appreciated any referrals. Upon further inspection, we noticed that there were "wind blown" shingles, a significant amount of hail damage on our roof and gutters. He also showed us that our "boots" for our vent pipes were defective and he went ahead and fixed them as promised (no charge). He gave us his recommendation and did not try and pressure us into anything. We will be utilizing their services if he and the insurance adjuster deems the roof damaged. Thanks again, Jeramie

He was superior! Everyone showed up on time and did excellent work.

We got off to a slow start because the rep who first contacted me seemed to just disappear. However, once Raul got involved, we moved through a tricky process pretty well. It took a long time to coordinate the project with the other owners. Once everything was set up, the roof was removed and replaced within 8 hours. They did a thorough job of cleaning up. No plants in the garden were damaged. I was very impressed by their efficiency and consideration.

I called twice to set up the appointment. They said they would come out and look at the gutters, and nail down any lifted shingles. They said they would provide a report with pictures of the work preformed. I did not hear from them.

I believe that they almost took my insurance company and myself for an entire roof replacement of $5000 when two other companies came out to do an estimate they were quoting more around $400.

It went very well. Climbed on garage roof in order to gain access to the roof of our second story house. Leaned over the edge to reach the loose piece of siding and slid it back into place. The overall process was completed very efficiently.

Came out and did a good job, he spotted all of the problems.

Dan met the insurance claims adjustor and gave him all the details which resulted in my getting a new roof. He was professional and extremely helpful. Dan also came out after the job was complete to make sure everything was picked up and in order. He did a GREAT job. Raul handled the initial contact through payment and was professional, helpful and great to work with. I would recommend this company to anyone!
