They were prompt had two guys and the right tools and supplies to do the job.

Luckily we had some extra siding pieces and the original paint, so Signature Exteriors just needed to paint the extra pieces and then remove and replace the two holes, but they also did a thorough inspection of the rest of the house and touched up some other spots that needed some fresh paint. Good communication throughout the process, and with the coupon from Angie's List I thought we got a great price.

Jeramie used very state of the art equipment to inspect our roof. It was 25 years old, yet there was visible hail and wind damage and he suggested we contact our insurance agent before we had anyone complete any work. He even offered to share his information and meet with the adjustor , which he did. We were not able to claim any damages, but Signature offered the best roof for the money, so we had them complete the job with great satisfaction. They also replaced the roof on our commercial building, and the roof of one of our neighbors, who is very particular. and he was also very satisfied. In addition, we have called Jeramie several times to bid and repair jobs on our commercial buildings. This company was probably our best "find" on Angie's List.

Contacted Signature Exteriors on 4/15, and Will came to the house the next day to inspect the roof for damage. He did very thorough job to inspect the damages and explain to me. The day after, I also received the set of photos showing the areas and damages. I was very impressed with their responsiveness, thoroughness, and professionalism. Ignore the cost as it is not applicable, since we didn't get to that stage.

Went very well and didn't find anything wrong with our roof. Was concerned since there are Storm Chasers in my Subdivision who are installing roofs.

On time, professional, and helpful. It was a great deal. They did exactly what they said they would do.

Over all- it took almost 8 months to get this project done, from the time I purchased the deal until the time I was billed for the service. They were never able to completely fix the problem, due to other issues with the structure- but they did bill me for the entire estimate given to be 8 months earlier. Not included in the estimate, but provided was some minor paint work (which I told them I could do myself) and they did replace the gutter covers that were on the gutters prior to their work. Which will bring me to my final complaint. After a couple of emails with Jeramie stating that the problem was not entirely fixed- why am I being billed for the entire price- I paid it. The gutters do drain better- not the best, but better. Now, my complaint. I had gutter covers on the gutters that were near trees, not covering the entire house. Covers that I could remove or lift to clean under. Recently with all the rain, the gutters were over flowing. I went up (in the storm) to clean them out so they would drain properly. The covers that were put on my gutter I could not get underneath to clean. I had to rip the gutter covers off the gutters, in order to get to the clogged down spout. After looking around, they were installed very poorly, obviously stuff can still get under them. I agreed to pay the entire price of the repair- not knowing the mess I would find this spring when the rains came. I now have sections of the gutters that are not covered, and holes in the gutter where I had to rip off the covers. Jeramie was a very nice and professional to work with BUT I am very disappointed with end results- and there is nothing I can do about it.

Everything went great. We will definitely use them again if we have any other roofing needs.

Great. This was a rental house and was done after they tore off and replaced the roof on my 1200 sq ft home for about $5,500. Both times Raul was extremely available, responsive, knowledgeable and professional. They dropped off the materials the night prior to the build date. They arrived early the next morning and were finished by 3pm.

Came out to look at job, then another day bought chimney vent and placed, very high pitch roof, they were very very courteous and went above the two hour limit for the 59.00 by the time they looked at job, went to purchase vent and then back to place. I will definately use them when I have a larger job. Great to work with.

They were wonderful. They were great to work with. They came out to do a Big Deal for me to clean and repair my gutters and then I had them out again to do my roof. They were honest with their assessments and fair with their pricing. They didn't do more than was actually needed. They fixed exactly what needed to be fixed.

Called in the morning and they were at my home by 1:00pm. Professional. On time. NO high pressure sales pitch after the roof inspection. Will use them again for any roof work.

I contacted the company, they said they could not do the work because they were not license in Illinois. They were coming from Misouri to perform work in Illinois.

I contacted Signature Exteriors, foran outdoor caulking project. Jeramie the owner is nice and handles projects in a professional manner. The project estimate was performed by Raul. He quickly set a time and showed up to our house to create an estimate for the work. Due to winter approaching quickly, the project was put on hold for a few months. You can't caulk when the temperature is below 40. Once the weather warmed up, Dan and his crew promptly showed up to perform the job. The caulking looks great, the color matches well, and it looks like it will weather many a storm.

In short, it was a terrible customer experience. The work seems to be decent, but not worth all the hassle. I debated whether to even pay for this service, but the amount was fairly small and so I decided it was not worth the time and effort. Below is a copy of the letter that I enclosed with my final payment that I addressed to the owner and pretty much sums up my thoughts: "Enclosed is payment for the outstanding balance on my account for a small roof patch performed in the summer of 2014. I had previously delayed sending payment due to frustrations with the service of your company. In the end, it is simply not worth my time and effort to refuse payment or attempt to negotiate a discount or refund. Work eventually was performed and (although the patched shingles are a completely different color than the rest of the roof) it appears to be functionally sufficient. I shared my frustrations with xxxxxxxxx when he called last night in regard to the unpaid balance. In short, the primary source of my frustration with your company was due to poor or non-existent communication. Examples of this include: not responding to calls or emails until threatened with a refund request or a bad review through Angie?s List (see attached), and not following up when promised (in multiple instances), with me, the customer, having to call or email with additional reminders and requests. Ultimately, we will need a new roof installed on our home in the next year or two, and because of our past experience, we will not be soliciting a bid from your company. In that regard, it may be of little interest that I am a single, unsatisfied customer. However, if our service is at all indicative of the typical customer experience with your company, I am sure that your business will suffer long term in similar ways. Perhaps, you can use this feedback in a constructive way. Thank you for your time."

The team inspected my roof and provided a summary of the condition of my roof. They noticed one problem on a vent and corrected the issue on the spot.

All went extremely well with one minor glitch [no fault of the workers or work performed on the siding repair. What should have been a minor repair entailed replacement of a few full sheets of siding. Amazingly, the contractor had to find a 'near match' of the color, which they did. In addition, they did not bill for those 'additional' repairs. The upstairs window repair was quick and efficient. So much so, that when they finished, they were gone! When I contact them later, thinking they needed to do more, I was informed that the job was completed. The replacement of the guttering was done with no complications. When first invoiced they expected a need to replace some wood. Upon closer inspection, that turned out to not be the case. As a footnote... the window repairs were done in the autumn of 2014, but the contractor chose to wait until all was completed to our satisfaction before final billing.

Jeramie held my hand, took time to explain everything, had every answer, was clear and prompt. His crew did excellent work, too. I just couldn't have been in better hands.

Jason did the repair and was so easy to work with...Super professional and the repair looks great...With the tough winter weather they were still able to fit us in their schedule within 2 1/2 weeks...A fantastic experience and we would highly recommend this company to anyone needing a new roof or repairs.
