Our recent leaks in our roof were a top priority for us due to it being a sports practice facility. Obviously the leaks needed to be fixed as soon as possible so our customers could practice with out a giant puddle on the court. I called up mid Friday day to schedule an appointment for Monday. They ended up moving their schedule around so they could make it out to our facility as early as they could on Monday. They arrived exactly at their scheduled time. It took them no more than 20 minutes to get up on the roof and fix the issue. Since all they needed to do was seal up a few spots, they ended up not charging us for anything as they said it was part of their free inspection. Their service couldn't have been any better for obvious reasons. There's no doubt that we will be using them the next time we have any roof work that needs to be done.

Scheduling was a breeze.. Jeramie had to come back out the next day because of all the rain, but he got everything fixed including reattaching my gutter. He sent me pictures of the roof and gave me an honest assessment of damage.

If this is how Angie's List works, I will go back to the yellow pages and the Better Business Bureau for my reviews. How's do I get my money back?

Personnel was on time and went on my roof to check it. Took pictures with his phone and showed me problem tiles on his phone. Said my gutters were OK.

They went right to work, did a great job and finished a little early. Very pleasant guys to work with. Would definitely call them again.

We discovered we had a leak in our roof during recent rains. The leak appears to be around the electric service pipe, and although we can't see any signs of leaks in the house itself, the water could be running down into the wall. So needless to say, there is some reason for concern here. I called the company on Monday 6/22 and was told the earliest they could get out was Thursday 6/25. Well, today, just 20 minutes before the scheduled appointment, the roofer called and said he'd been "called to another job" and couldn't make it out. He offered to reschedule some time next week. This is totally unacceptable. I know they don't offer 24 hour emergency service, and I know they are busy, so I didn't expect an immediate response. But a week is too long to wait with a leaky roof. Especially with as much as rain as we've been getting. But more importantly. When you make a commitment to show up on a certain date and time, you show up. Or you have a REAL good reason. A better reason than apparently someone else's roof is more important than mine. And now, three days later, I have to scramble to find someone else, with storms expected all day tomorrow. Just terrific. In their response, the company states "Before the customer hung up, he stated that he was working with someone else already and did not need our services." This is a flat out lie. What I stated was that I was going to look for another service as a week was too long to go with water coming through our roof.

Said they would send me a report with pictures of the minor damage to the roof - not enough to claim but I never received the report. Did inspect the roof. Update: They did send a report a couple months later.

Great job. Very professional. Honored the terms of the agreement. Would highly recommend.

Company covered fascia on both sides of back sun porch and replaced some shingles.

After experiencing some difficulty with Angie's List Calendar Scheduling Tool (I didn't realize the scheduling tool was not interacting with the contractor's appointment schedule) and excessive rain, I was able to schedule a service call that worked for both of us. For future customers it's probably best to call and set the appointment. Signature exteriors sent two technicians who arrived on time and got right to work. In order to get to my gutters a 30 foot ladder was required which the workman had on their truck. Most of my gutters had gutter guards installed about 10 years ago. I explained the problem areas (rain overflowing onto the house rather than flowing through the downspouts and a hole in the soffit at the peak of my roof), the technicians quickly diagnosed the problems, and repaired them. No additional material expense was required and the entire process took just over an hour. I was very pleased with the results.

Inspector came out, took a quick climb to roof, inspected for damage, aging, and general 'worthiness' of roof. He reported roof was OK but nearing the end of its life., nailed flashing and clean off some moss. I asked for a ballpark idea of what a new roof would cost. Overall it took 30-45 minutes. He said he would send some pictures he took. Haven't received them yet. I was pleased with straight forward answers, no pressure and no gimmicks to get me to buy anything.

I purchased the $39 Roof Tune up - included $100 credit towards repairs. They came out in a timely manner. Took pictures and repaired the shingles that needed repair - and that was it. They were honest and told me the roof was in good shape and didn't need any further repair. I was emailed pictures and a report. Very pleased that for $39 I got the repairs done, and the peace of mind that I don't have any other issues needing attention. I love an honest company that doesn't try to rip me off by recommending unnecessary work. Thank you so much!!

Purchased roofing bundles, replace attic vent shingles and repaired 2 shingle pop-ups. Very professional and efficient, cost was great.

The provider came out and assessed that the project was too big for one person, but because I was quoted that they would be able to do the job in under 2 hours prior to buying the Big Deal on Angie's list, they came back out and finished the work in a timely manner. I am very pleased with the results and quick response time.

DO NOT HIRE these people. I discovered mold on the ceiling of a house addition that encloses the basement stairwell, so I took advantage of a reasonably priced roof inspection offer so as to determine the extent & location of damage, as well as to have a good look at the roof overall. The men were punctual & polite, but took no photos & offered no written summary. I asked that they send one, & that the company send a bid on repairing the stairwell roof. I received neither, so after a couple weeks I had another company check the roof & bid on the repair. The photos & written summary they provided were so utterly different from what Signature had said that I doubted that their men had done anything other than sit on my roof enjoying the view. Not only was the main damage in a completely different place than they described, the damaged spot they DID find was not nearly as serious as they said, & the repair required there was a lot less serious & expensive to repair. They missed an actual HOLE where the original & added roofs meet, & obviously did not do a full inspection because they missed the fact that a few shingles were missing on other parts of the roof. Given the plethora of glowing reviews in the past, I can only imagine that something has gone terribly wrong at this company. Obviously they have been a good company in the past, & I hope they are able to find & correct their problems, so as to return to that status in future. I wish them well in that endeavor.

It went GREAT!! They were on time and did a great job

Good quality work. My gutter was clogged below ground. They cut out the old gutter above ground and replaced it with one that drains into a flower bed. I'm very happy with the results!

He was here less than 15 minutes, See above for details. I have not heard from them since about a price or what they would suggest, if anything. I will try my own sources from now on as this is not very productive.

He showed up on time and was very friendly. Two pieces of damaged roof flashing were hammered back into place and he inspected the roof thoroughly. I would gladly hire them to do future work if needed.

They were prompt had two guys and the right tools and supplies to do the job.
