I had trouble scheduling the service and they did not show up on time due to a scheduling error. When the workers did show, they were professional. They did not try to sell me any repairs I did not need which was my fear. They made the minor repairs I requested and were only at the house for approximately 1 hour.

The company performed the service, took photos of everything they evaluated, and sent us a copy of the reality and photos. There was very clear communication, even given the fact that we had to reschedule because of the weather. It was a stress-free process and we felt very comfortable using this company given their professionalism, expertise, and communication.

My experience with Signature Exteriors was wonderful. They helped me through the process of using my homeowners insurance to replace my roof. Communication was awesome. Calls and emails answered within 24 hours. Professional contract with everything spelled out-- attention to details! Knew the code requirements in my area. Offered reasonable upgrades. Also told me some upgrades were not necessary but he would be happy to do them if I insisted. Did not ask for any money up front, only once all work was complete. Whole job took 1 day as promised. Yard was clean after job. Came by the next day to walk the roof and check the quality.. Punctual, professional, quality work, knowledgable. Delivered exactly what he said, nothing more, nothing less. Very happy with my new roof. Would recommend Signature Exteriors to anyone needing a roof replaced!

From start to finish, this company met and exceeded our expectations. Questions we had about the bid were answered fully. The workers arrived on schedule and completed the job in one day, as promised. They took measures to keep our yard and home tidy and even made an appearance the following morning to make one more pass on our property to look for stray nails and debris. A very professional company.

When we finally got going, it was a one day, marathon procedure (as expected). The problem was the communication between June and August. While I was originally told that there was going to be a delay of a few weeks, there were no updates well after this timeframe expired. I emailed and was told there was a rain delay etc. etc. While there is no way to control the weather, there is definitely a way to control customer expectations and anticipate communication instead of having to respond to frustrated customer inquiries. The original bidding process was quick and efficient. Solid A on that. The quality of the roof seems nearly A, but there are a few edges that were poorly trimmed that are visible outside of main windows that bother me enough I'll have to take a ladder and deal with them. Overall, it was a good price, and the initial contact was good, but perhaps the whole experience could be better thought out and executed.

They were very responsive, professional, and courteous. Everyone I dealt with was great and patient with all my questions and any concerns I had. I recommended them to a friend, and they did a great job for them also! Would use them again in a second.

We purchased this home in October 2013. Shortly after moving in we hired Signature Exteriors to remove a satellite dish from the roof, install a couple of roof vents on the garage and provide an exterior detailed inspection ($59.00 deal with 2 hours labor and inspection). They did a great job and I was very pleased with their work and report. The sad thing was they reported the roof had been poorly installed and would need replacement even though it was only 3 years old. During the April hail storms here in St Louis, our home suffered hail damage to the roof, gutters and siding. I contacted Signature Exteriors (Sig Ext) for another exterior inspection and to help me with starting an insurance claim for the damage. (Fortunately, this would provide the roof replacement I needed.) The inspection was performed by Will. I was given a written report which I could use with the insurance company if needed. I contacted my insurance agent and an appointment was set up with an adjuster to look at the damage. Will said he and Dan would be here to meet the insurance adjuster for the inspection. That really helped, having Will and Dan here for the inspection to point out the damage. This made sure nothing was missed. The insurance adjuster provided us with the repair estimate for review. The insurance company only wanted to replace the damaged siding by moving existing pieces up to replace the damaged siding and installing the new siding in a discreet location. Sig Ext really helped by getting the siding checked by a laboratory to try and identify if an existing match was available on the market. There were no matches found and the siding on the house had been discontinued. With Dan?s help the insurance company agreed to replace the entire right and rear elevations with new siding rather than just replacing a few. Dan tried to get them to pay for residing the entire house but Allstate would not since there was no damage on the front or left elevations. I was okay with me because the new siding ended up being a good match. The work started a couple of weeks after the estimate was approved. Dan wrote up a contract with all pricing matching Allstate?s estimate. Sig Ext charged only what the insurance approved and there were no cost overrun or change orders and no surprises. First, the roof was replaced. Sig Ext upgraded us to lifetime architectural shingles. They did a good job on the roof. I explained to Dan how the attic is not properly vented at the time the home was constructed. (This home was originally built with open soffits which exposed the rafters. The space between the rafters was blocked with wood to keep bugs out It keeps the air out too and the attic gets very hot due to these blocked soffits and poor ventilation.) To correct this issue, they installed Eave venting on the roof along with ridge venting. (Proper ventilation is required to maintain the roof shingle warranty). All of the trash was collected in a dump trailer and hauled off the next day. They completed the roof tear-off and replacement in one day. Second, were the gutters. The crew came out and removed the existing gutters and installed the new gutter system with new downspouts. They did a great job and properly sized everything making it better than it was originally. All of the trash was hauled off and all aluminum is to be recycled. This work was done in one day. Third, was the siding. There was not an available match for our siding as I explained above. But, with Dan?s help I did find a product that I feel is a close match in color and size. I chose Sterling Grey Triple 3? lap vinyl siding by Certainteed. The existing siding was removed; new fan-fold insulation board and the siding were then installed. The work took 2 days to complete. All trash was hauled off to be recycled. They were pretty busy and it took time to get everything scheduled and completed. Which is the case with all good contractors during this peak construction time of year. The storm damages occurred in April and the repairs were all completed by mid-July. I?m very happy with the finished product and recommend Signature Exteriors for all your exterior needs.

At first I thought it went well, I just wanted a once over the house before fall. We had a loose piece of fascia that needed to be secured and a few loose shingles. They secured the fascia and the two loose shingle sections but missed the fact that one of our windows was missing the cap! That oversight turned into an expensive leak inside the house. I thought about using them at least a yearly inspection of the roof/gutter area, but after that I have gone a different route. The next person noticed it within two minutes of being on the house! I know that for the price I should not expect a lot but had they said something I would have gladly used them to fix the issue as a second job.

I had purchased the $59 special, but discovered it didn't cover the work I needed. No problem, will teach me to be hesitant about these Angie's List specials from now on. I wouldn't write a review, but Angie's List nags and nags about writing a review. So here you go.

Danny & Raul were very accommodating as rescheduling the inspection was necessary a couple of times due to all the June rain. When the rain finally allowed the inspection, Raul (Field Supervisor) was prompt, personable and professional. Upon finishing his inspection, Raul discussed his findings and observations. Which thankfully only involved 1 area that he felt needed to be proactively caulked before it became an issue. I appreciate that Raul did not do any type of upsell, which I am always wary of. Though repairs or a new roof are not needed at this time, I would definitely contact Signature Exteriors when the need does arise.

Roof inspector came to the house and inspected roof. Provided photos. Said roof was fine, but would need replacing in a few years. Did some very minor repair work for absolutely no charge. Very impressive--went above and beyond. Will definitely use when the time comes to repair roof.

It went fine. They did a great job. They were very clean. They had to go into the roof of the bathroom. Everything is working fine. There is no more leak.
