Everything went well from start to the end. After All the rain we had I just knew my roof was in bad shape. Getting this Deal (Signature Exteriors) on Angies List was right on time. Danny Matt from Signature Exteriors call me and set an appointment that work for me. He told me the name of the person that will be coming out to inspect my roof. That person was Raul came on time, very nice, and went over the entire roof, took pictures so I could see for myself what was going on with my roof. Thank You All So Much

Unfortunately, I have to call this service a FAILURE. The appointment was originally scheduled at 12PM to 1PM. About 1 hour after the original appointment was made, I received a call from Signature Exteriors about rescheduling the appointment to 1PM to 2PM. I said I was OK with the new time. At 12:30 PM on the appointment date, I was on my way home when I received a call from Signature. They told me they have my appointment at 12PM and I missed it. I told them they rescheduled it till 1pm a week ago. They reacted basically you are a LIAR, and ?we do not have any phone record for the rescheduling.? Should I, as a customer, recording all the phone conversation to prove the truth? Until now, they still did not admit that they rescheduled the appointment. I do have the AT&T record shows they called. I was very disappointed with the DISHONESTY showed by Signature ?professionals?! I was also surprised by the lack of professionalism of Signature Exteriors and their arrogant attitude. When I talked with their supervisor try to solve this issue, he did offer me a couple other timeslots this week. But when I told him that I am not available this week (what is truth), the person stated quickly that they have tried every way to accommodate you and since the time did not work out, you should find a different company. Again, did not admit their own mistake, and no single an apologetic word! As a customer, I demand and deserve an apology from Signature Exteriors. Losing one customer may not be a big deal for you as you think you have a lot. But if you keep the same attitude, you will eventually have many issues with your business operations.

Raul called about 90 minutes ahead of schedule to inform me that he could meet me in about 30 minutes, but also offered to wait for me if I could not meet him earlier than scheduled. When I explained my roof leak and my suspicions about a flashing problem, he climbed onto the roof and took a look at the flashing; informing me that the area I suspected looked to be just fine. He offered to stay and help me do a leak test using my garden hose while I watched for the leak to return. He was extremely thorough with the test, working methodically to ensure that we pinpointed the true source. We were able to find two definite leaks; one being caulking around a window frame and the other being that a small area of my roof appeared to be missing the appropriate step flashing. He explained that they would probably charge about $350-$400 to pull back the shingles and install step flashing; but he also clearly explained my options to fix the problem myself if I wanted to do it correctly. At no time whatsoever did he attempt to sell me at all; in fact he was very clear about their company's desire to build relationships. Overall, I could not possibly imagine a more perfect encounter with a contractor that I experienced today with Raul and Signature Exteriors. I tend to have a great deal of skepticism when it comes to these sorts of interactions and I have enough experience with roofing projects through friends and family that I was expecting to find someone eager to sell me and quite possibly even a questionable diagnosis of the problem. But I can definitely say that I will be keeping this company in mind for any and all future roofing needs. I love when I find a professional in a specific trade that I know that I can rely on to be honest, ethical and value my experience over immediate profit. Signature Exteriors is one of those companies.

Called for an estimate to replace damaged facia on North side of house and Raul was out within 2 days. He emailed the estimate to me. I agreed to the estimate and he explained that they were running 3-4 weeks behind. They were able to fit me in and the workers showed up within 7 days. Job was completed in a couple of hours and looks like new.

If there is one roofing/exterior company to avoid its Signature Exteriors. The first reason is that they do not even do the work themselves. I was not informed at the time of the estimate or at the time the contract was signed that this would be farmed out to the probably lowest bidding sub-contractor. I only realized this when after just a year and a half the roof sprung a leak. I quickly called Signature Exteriors to inform them of the leak. The next day I get a call from a random company saying they will be coming out to take a look at the roof. This was the same sub-contractor that installed the new roof. Of course, they blamed the leak on another issue and basically told me good luck and that was then end of that. Signature Exteriors didn't even bother to inspect the issue themselves, they just pawn it off to a sub-contractor. With so many other companies out there that do the work themselves I would simply just skip these guys. Signature Exteriors is a terrible company injust about every possible way. I know they will probably reply that they told me it would be done by a sub-contractor but always remember if its not in the contract.... it doesn't exist and they are lying. I was pretty upset with the subcontractor tracked mud on my new carpets when he informed me that the problem wasn't the work he did. This is like asking a student to grade his own work. Bottom line is that Signature Exteriors wouldn't even bother to check their sub-contractors work. What a terrible way to do business. Signature Exteriors just generates sales and then gives the work to companies that are not listed on Angies List.

Took a while -- more than 6 weeks -- to get the estimate for repairs, after the rep had come and evaluated the roof. Had been -promised in 1-2 weeks. After estimate accepted, another 6 weeks before we were on the schedule to be done. Once on the schedule, they came when promised, and worked diligently and efficiently to get the job done, completed in less than one day. No further evidence of leaking in that area, especially now when we are having historic levels of rainfall (just after Christmas).

It went very smoothly and it exceeded our expectations! The guys were professional and got it done in 6 hours and 22 minutes and 25 secs! LOL!

Signature Exteriors was responsive to our request for the Angie's List Big Deal and scheduled their service at a convenient time for us. They arrived promptly and performed the inspection of our roof, siding, gutters; and then discussed the needed repairs before performing them. The worker was professional and friendly. He secured loose shingles to prevent water damage. We highly recommend Signature Exteriors for excellent service.

Strongly suggest working with this company. Found them through Angie's List and worked with sales rep Dan Logan. Process was very smooth and all questions were answered in a very timely fashion. Great overall experience.

Raul their build supervisor was the one who came out to do the tune up. I never had a leak in the house for the 9 years that I have lived here until after they did the tune up. I called them last week to get someone out here, and I was told it would be a week for someone to come out. I got a call from Raul the day of the service and he said he cannot come out for personal reasons, so I asked if someone else could come out but I got another excuse.

Great service and even replaced roof pipe gasket.

Everyone I worked with was very professional. My main contact was Dan Logan. He was always there when he said he would be and the job took the exact amount of time he said it would. The job site was cleaned up perfectly (I think I only found one roof tack that must've blown off the roof during a storm and that was IT). There was a problem with skylight flashing that occurred during the next rain storm after the install and he had his crew come out immediately and fix it, as well as checking the flashing on the other skylight as well. The roof is beautiful and is exactly what I wanted. Dan worked with my insurance adjustor to make sure everything went smoothly. It's so unusual to find a company that is responsive and does what they say they will do when they say they will do it. I can recommend this company 100% to anyone needing exterior work done. They are the only ones I will call for any future work I may need. Thanks Dan Logan, Danny, and Jeremie - it was a pleasure working with you.

Great fast clean and professional

Signature Exteriors exceeded all expectations! I called late in the day on Wednesday, and when I explained I had rain damage inside my home because of a rain leak somewhere in the roof or chimney, Signature scrambled to make sure someone would assess the problem in a hurry. Jeramie was extremely professional from the very first moment of the phone contact. He talked my through my "symptoms", then he took the initiative to check the weekend weather forecast! When he saw more rain was expected on Saturday, he worked with me to make sure a Supervisor would be at my home on Friday. When Raul Moreno, the Field Supervisor arrived on Friday, he was professional, and ther service was exceptional. He was exactly on time, arriving at 3pm for an appointment that was scheduled for between 3 & 4. He quickly diagnosed the problem and advised on the most cost-effective and reliable solution. Although he didn't have the right tools with him to do the job, he took the time to get what he needed because he knew rain was in the forecast for the following day, and I absolutely would have experienced further damage inside the home if he had done nothing. Raul completed the repair in no time flat, and although it rained all day on Saturday, there was no further leakage!

They responded very quickly to my initial email request. An appointment was set up in a few days. Raul came out and surveyed the damage and other things I wanted done on the garage. He gave me a ballpark figure of what it might cost and said they would email me an estimate. The estimate came back quite a bit more than he had said but I was "ok" with it after the initial surprise. I wanted to change a couple of details on the work order and that delayed things a couple of weeks. I got the final job estimate and sent them 50% down. They will not schedule the work until the check cleared. I saw the check cleared my bank but it was two weeks or so until I heard from Danny, the office manager. He then told me that the work load was backed up around three weeks. I waited but did not hear from him. My wife called the office and Danny said he would bring in up at their office meeting. Next day we heard back from Danny and the job was scheduled the following Monday(2 months after my initial contact). Jason came out and did a very nice job on the work I had requested. I am very satisfied with the results. If I had known the process ahead of time and how long non emergency repairs were scheduled into the future I would not have been so nervous about waiting. Overall, everyone was courteous and professional and I would recommend them.

Dan handled all communication beautifully from our initial phone call. We were kept well-informed the entire job, from start to finish. I can't say enough about the communication, it was excellent, prompt, etc. The job itself took one day - not too shabby for a 3200 sq foot ranch! The workers did an excellent job. The only bad thing I can say is that they left a few nails in the driveway. My husband and I picked up the nails that we saw and let Dan know that this happened. His response was that it was absolutely unacceptable, and he sent the crew out the next day to again drag the magnet around our yard and driveway. This was a superb response in my way of thinking. They hooked us up with a tuck pointer, a painter, and a window washer. I don't think you can go wrong with this company, I just think that they take responsibility for their actions, and they do the right thing. We were really really pleased and would definitely use them again in a heartbeat for roofing or for other work they do, like exterior work. Thank you Signature Exteriors for a job very well done, thank you.

I originally purchased a $39 checkup because at the last heavy rain, I had water coming into the bathroom. They called immediately to set up the appt. When Raul came out, he took photos of the roof and said there was a lot of storm and hail damage up there, so before he did any work, he suggested I contact my insurance company. I made an appt for the insurance estimator to come out, and Raul came at the same time so they could review the status of the roof together. Turns out, there was a lot of damage, and the insurance company agreed it needed to be replaced. Raul helped me read and understand the insurance estimate and was extremely responsive when it came time to do the work, as well. I took this opportunity to add a skylight that I had been wanting, and Raul gave me the name of a contractor to help get that taken care of before the actual roof work. All in all, it was an excellent and easy experience. I would use Signature Exteriors again in a heartbeat.

N/A. Unfortunately, your rating system does not allow a ratiang of "N/A" for overall performance, so I chose a middling rating. Actually, I have no idea how good the company's service is, because I didn't receive any.

The serviceman was very punctual and thorough. They took pictures of our roof, siding and also listened to any concerns we had. Some of our siding had been popping up and he was able to fix it that day. We had also just had a hail storm in our area and we wanted to ensure that the roof was still in excellent condition being that it was fairly new. He addressed everything and we were very pleased with the visit. We would recommend their company in the future.

They were professional, evaluated roof and fixed minor issues. They told me I should make a hail damage claim, because back side of roof had storm damage. For $39 they did the work and evaluation like they advertised.

Scheduling an appointment was simple enough, but they double booked and had to come out about a week later. We were told we would get a bid in the next few days, but it took about 3-4 weeks. I assumed the job was too small for them to be interested, but once I finally did get the bid it was very reasonable. We made the deposit and then it was another month before we had any idea when the installation would occur. Rather than replace the one window that was an issue, they had to replace two since it was a double window unit, to which they did at no additional cost because the entire process took so long. They contracted out the work to a company that I really liked working with, and everything went smoothly from there. The reason I'm giving a B is because it took so long and communication with Signature Exteriors was at times lacking. We needed this fixed a little faster since it was an active leak during an unusually wet summer and we had a newborn at home.

Everything went very well! The people at signature exteriors handled everything perfectly from A to Z. I would highly recommend their company.
