It went very well. Within a day or two it was done and no pressure on anything.

It was alright. I guess he gave us what we paid for. It was $39 and it was alright. The best part was they told me what I wanted to hear. The worst part was they were there for 10 minutes.

I was so pleased they scheduled me right away. Jeramie came out on time and walked around the house with me answering all my questions. He went right to work and was very efficient. My whole house looks nice and tidy with no gaps or nails sticking out at top. He was very polite and straight to the point. He is going to give me an estimate for so cosmetic issues if I decide to exchange out some weed whaked panels. Very Satisfied and would use him again.

They came out and inspected the roof but did absolutely no repairs. My kids were playing in the backyard and branches were thrown down almost on top of them. I went out there to supervise and suddenly, he was gone. Hey didn't discuss any repairs or any work that could be done. I was outside, but my wife and son were inside and didn't hear a knock. Two days go by without any word, so I called them up to find out what the deal was. The person at the office said somebody would be in touch with me soon. Two more days later, I get an email with pics of damage (the back and forth email communication was very prompt) and they also said we have the wrong type of shingling up there. Great info, but I was looking for repairs. There were broken shingles, damaged chimney cover and other repairs that they pointed out. All they said though, was the wrong kind of shingles are on a section of my roof so it will leak there. But what about that wind damaged shingles and the hail damage and broken fixtures? Well, apparently that stuff isn't needed because the other section needs to be redone. I understand that the wrong shingles were used on the flat part of my roof before I bought the house. But this has nothing to do with the rest of the roof where there is hail damage and shingles that could have been repaired. It seems as they they just didn't want to apply the $100 credit. My last contact was a week ago when they said they would contact me later to discuss repair options. I would not recommend.

When I realized my roof was leaking badly, I contacted several companies. Signature Exteriors called me right back and made a quick appointment to check it out (which occurred before I even heard back from the other companies). They immediately performed a temporary repair - and quickly scheduled the permanent fix. I don't have sufficient words to express how pleased I am overall with them! They are responsive, communicate very well, priced appropriately, and really seem to care about their customers. I am looking forward to using them for larger projects in the near future.

I believe Raul gave an honest and detailed report of what he saw and we can use that information to decide how to go forward. I believe using a locally based and highly rated roofer allowed us to receive a factual appraisal and just be sold a new roof.

**Signature help to repair a leak around our chimney becasue another roofing company would not honor their workmanship. BACKSTORY: Our roof started leaking on the very first rain 1 month after installation and the other company said they would repair the problem, after they applied silicon (not a good fix) they left and called it a day but it continued to leak. After months of promises to fix the leak and the ceiling that had been damaged by the leak. they said it wasnt their problem and blamed my tuckpointing. So we had a tuckpointer inspect the chimney and they said it was the flashing so we called Signature Exteriors after seeing good reviews on Angie's List and even from a local supply house. SIGNATURE EXTERIORS WORK: They were prompt about coming out, Raul was very knowledgeable and professional on his inspection and said the flashing seems to be the issue. We hired them to fix the problem and although it takes a bit longer for them to come out (they are very busy) we could not be happier with the results so far. The gentleman who came out to fix it was so great! He did a beautiful job, and just by looking at it you can see it was done properly. The test though was the rain last night......dry. We will keep our eye on it but so far so good and I feel confident that if we do have any problems they will be there to help :)

After contacting several companies on Angie's List to get a quote for this service, they are the only ones who responded and promptly as well. Not only did someone get out to our house in a few days time, they did the service for free. It is very refreshing that there are still good companies out there in the world that do good work and are very kind to their customers. I will be sure to contact them with any roofing or siding needs in the future. I will also be sure to refer them to others. Thank you!

They actually answered the phone when I called and got right on top of the job. They went above and beyond to meet my specific need. I called around 9:00 am and the job was completed by the time I got home from work the same afternoon. They were very professional from beginning to end and I will definitely use them again!

I got a call within 20 minutes of my request! I explained what I needed and we set an appointment time for the following day for an estimate. He was there promptly, examined the fascia that had been blown off and was able to reuse it. Since it didn't involve too mush time he just handled it right away. He also checked for any other loose pieces and I was totally and completely satisfied. It really was an amazing experience. I will definitely use this company again and will happily recommend them and Angie's List. Thanks for a very pleasant experience!

Although I didn't ask for it, photos were taken to show the old caulking and places where water leaked through. The after photos showed the new caulking. After a heavy rain, all the leaks (several of them) have stopped. The price was reasonable. I'll use this company again if / when needed.

I called Signature Exteriors to look at 2 problems I was having with my roof. Raul came to my house the next day. I appreciated his taking off his shoes when he entered my house to inspect the area where we have a leak. After looking at it, he went outside to climb on the roof. He detected an area where the chimney flashing was not flush to the chimney, and said the water could be getting in there. He had some caulk in his truck, so he caulked it and told me that would probably fix it. He also let me know that some tuck pointing was missing from the chimney and should be repaired. The 2nd thing he looked at was a stain on the roof. I was concerned the stain was from water damage, but he said it was from algae and advised me there are companies that clean roofs. He inspected the entire roof, said it looked in good shape, and didn?t recommend anything additional. All in all, he was very professional, caulked the chimney at no charge, and gave me recommendations to fix my problems, even though it wasn?t work his company does.

We waited for a break in the weather, and Signature called to ask if they could do the work. We agreed on a date and they organized everything to happen on time.

Just fine. Nice guys showed up, we reviewed the pieces that were damaged. He was done in about an hour and it looked great.

Signature Exteriors came out to inspect my roof and make recommendations based on what they found. I was happy with my experience and would use them in the future.

I was excited when we first hired them. Very reasonable bid. They took on our project even though it was a larger job and out of their typical scope of work. Their subcontractors for siding, skylights, screens and gutters were excellent. Subcontractor for roofing was fair/good; subcontractors for stone...well...lets just say it was a VERY big and frustrating challenge. Signature attempted to meet our needs BUT lacked the skills and background to do it efficiently. There were COUNTLESS issues and delays. They were disorganized. Several subcontractors were misinformed with some arriving without notice and could not perform the work due to other work that needed to be completed first. I expressed my frustration and disappointment on several occasions to Raul (sales rep) and Jeramie (owner). Yes, steps were taken to resolve the issues. There were just too many ISSUES through the entire project! We had to watch each worker very closely to ensure the job was done correctly. We had little confidence in some of the subcontractors' abilities and their understanding of the scope of work. Jeramie made some concessions and worked with us on some aspects of the project. I think he wanted to make things right and for the most part, he did. We appreciate that. Our home looks nice now with the exception of a few issues that we are STILL waiting for them to resolve after months of reminding them via email, text and phone calls. We will not use them again. It was NOT worth the stress and headache. It should not have taken from June 2015 to February 2016 to complete the job. This is a constructive, mixed review from mixed results. Overall, I do not recommend them for larger jobs. Based on reviews I saw prior to hiring them and since, they seem to do much better with single application projects such as skylights, siding, gutters or screens. I hesitate to recommend them for roofing and 100% do NOT recommend using Signature Exteriors for any type of masonry. Signature Exteriors needs to improve project management if they are going to take on larger jobs. The intention to do a good job is there but coordination and project management is less than desirable.

They examined the roof, said the roof was ok, but it got damaged and leaked in two weeks.

It went okay. There was no additional charge. He did some things. I just wasn't happy with the results. He could give better suggestions on the fix of the problem and I didn't get that. He was a young guy. He was okay.
