We inspected this homeowners roof, fixed some detached soffit, provided a full report of the repairs completed and the additional recommended repairs with a fair estimate. We did all of this in a timely manner and kept the customer up to speed throughout the whole process. I was under the impression that this customer was very satisfied with the work and service performed.

Description of Work: Was waiting for over month to get them to call but didn't know they would only contact me over the angie's list email service and never went online to her site to check due to not knowing due to not being clear even when i ordered I left details about calling my cell or email me to get the services started. THE ORDER STEPS ARE NOT REAL CLEAR UP FRONT AND ANGIE HELD ON TO MY MONEY FOR OVER MONTH

We tried to communicate with the customer via the message board to get his email or phone number to schedule the repairs. He never communicated that information back to us. I tried again to reach out to him via the message board and have not heard anything back. If the only means of communication that we have access to is the message board, and we do not get a reply, I don't know what else we can do to facilitate and schedule the repair. I hope to hear back from this customer to assist him or help him get his refund.

Description of Work: I purchased a deal on Angie's List, something like $70 for 2 hrs of work plus an inspection of roof or siding. I described the aluminum siding was loose and needed repair in 4 places. I talked with the vendor at least 3 times, asked that they call in advance and meet with the tenant who lives in the home so she could show them where it needed repair. They didn't call in advance; they didn't meet with the tenant; they didn't complete the job and the small portion completed, was done poorly. I called back, spoke with the owner and it was him who did the job. He offered to go back to finish the job for an additional $170. Looking at the one repair he did, which he himself was messy, I wouldn't hire them again. I can't believe it would take 2 men 2 hours to do that repair. When I confronted him with this, he said something about them not having a ladder tall enough; that for this special offer they don't load a tall ladder on their truck. Pretty weak. I wouldn't recommend this company.

We showed up to this customers home three times. First of all, it is a rental. The fascia was bent and I stated that in order to fix it, we would need to custom bend the metal, which is a different crew. I then proceeded to do as requested, put the bent fascia back. There was still an area where the fascia was missing. I told her that in order to fix this, we need to purchase a roll of trim coil, send a different crew out, and fix the issue. We attached a bunch of detached siding, provided a full storm damage inspection report, and offered a reasonable estimate to complete the final repairs. We were more than reasonable with price and made multiple trips to this property to fix what was needed. I feel we did what was requested in a very timely manner to satisfy this customer request. There are additional costs involved with additional material and sending a different skilled laborer out to do additional work. This was expressed multiple times. I tried hard to satisfy this customer. I am sorry that you are not completely satisfied. The tenant was satisfied, other than the fact that bent fascia was put back up and there is a piece that is missing, due to the unwillingness to pay for the additional work that was needed.
