+ -1 moreWe picked out a dryer online. Went to the SEARS store, asked for that model, was told they did not have it. My husband walked around and found the exact model we wanted. The salesman was trying to get us to buy a more expensive dryer. Scheduled our delivery for the next day, and they did not deliver it or call. We had to make 3 phone calls and now after waiting at home all day, they want to reschedule for 3 days from now. Very unprofessional salesman, we found out he also entered the wrong address and phone number in the computer. Now I have to go out and find another dryer while my dirty clothes pile up!! Very unhappy.
Description of Work: Customer care was very poor. Don't go there!
