Description of Work: I bought the core aeration and fertilization. I talked with one of the salesmen and said I would also like over seeding. They did the aeration and fertilization but did not do the over seeding. They did however put seed down in the two areas of my yard that they completely tore up with the aerator.

Description of Work: The technician was friendly, responsive to my calls, and punctual. The job quality was acceptably. If they had provided more fertilizer than what they furnished it would have been a much better offer. |I added more fertilizer when I seeded. Still, I don't feel cheated at the price. I paid an extra $30 for double aeration. |
