Description of Work: They had a special for aerating and overseeding your lawn. They made it easy in that you didn't have to be there. When I got home at the end of the day, they had already been there. You can tell when your lawn has been aerated, and now I can tell it was overseeded as the new grass is coming up. They did a great job. Thanks.....

Things went very well.
Description of Work: Took advantage of one of the special offers and bought a discount coupon for lawn aeration and overseeding. I set up the date and coordinated location of lawn sprinkler system via email. Aeration was done punctually. Grass seeds were sown in the hopes of restoring summer damaged lawn. The job appeared to be done thoroughly.

Description of Work: I purchased a "Big Deal" to have Schwartz Brothers to aerate and overseed my yard. I talk to Brandon on Monday to set a day to come. We agreed on Thursday but later changed it to Friday, Sept. 14. His brother got to my house late in the afternoon. He did not waste any time to get started. After aerating then he overseeded the yard. Everything went smoothly and there were no problems or concerns. He did a great job and went over some dead grass spots several times aerating and overseeding them.
