+ -1 moreCalled at 10pm on a Friday night, got a call back that they would contact in the AM. They did promptly and told me when help would arrive. I expected to be out all weekend. Arrived on time fixed the issue, took time to explain and show me a few things as well. Reliable is correct. From my first call to the tech arriving as around 12hrs. Definitely my go to for HVAC.
Description of Work: Air conditioning stopped working and it is supposed to be 100+ outside.

+ -1 morePrice concern is over part that needed to be replaced. So much money for such a small thing, I just don't get it.
Description of Work: They came for A/C cleaning and tuneup which was paid for previously when furnace received maintenance, so no cost this time.

+ -1 moreThey were great. The install was completed within one day. It functions much better than the old system. They registered the equipment for me, gave me paper work for my rebate, and supplied information for me to get my federal tax credit. I appreciated their knowledge.
Description of Work: I had the furnace and air conditioner replaced with a zoning system.
