We hired Bruce and his team to rework our bathroom and kitchen and are extremely happy with the results. The quality of work and materials is excellent and the entire process was very detailed oriented. The changes were not rushed, but very meticulous and thoughtful. Bruce always confirmed on grey areas and had a constant line of communication open. Because we had both kitchen and bath being done, Bruce and team had access to the house for multiple weeks and they treated the house extremely well, kept dust to minimum and very respectful. The footprint caused by the changes was kept as small as possible. The project remained on schedule, overlapping the work on the two rooms to avoid unnecessary down time. Bruce and team are highly recommended.

I had gotten multiple bids from multiple contractors. Bruce and his company, Quality Building & Renovations, was absolutely wonderful from the moment I called him, requesting a bid. He was prompt and professional and gave me an upfront price as well as estimated amount of time it was going to take to complete. Of all the bids I received, Bruce was the only one who was willing to take on the scope of my project and turn it into a completed dream. Not only was he able to work within my budget, he did a fantastic job scheduling to complete the job. Quality of work is amazing and my wife and I couldn't be happier. The workers were fine and left the area clean. The finishes could have been better. There were just little details that were not patched. Like in the pantry between the floors he put a strip but its not big enough to cover where the hardwood floor. There is an unstained part of the hardwood floor where he did not cover it and not on the baseboards either. He is a trustworthy man but the price is what you get.

I didn't use them but it was only because I wasn't ready to do the work. I contacted them at a home show and they were pretty prompt in coming out and looking at my work. The bid was very competitive. They were very polite and professional. There were no problems.

Bruce showed up in the morning as he said, with a big smile and got right to work. It was a true pleasure to have this company doing the work, professionalism doesn't begin to describe just how we were treated or the work that was completed. It is beautiful and an area to brag about once again. Thank You Bruce, for being the "Lead Dog" on our project.
