Platinum Paint & Flooring

When I contacted the Company they responded quickly, but it took them several days to paint the ceilings, caulk and it was sprayed not rolled. Wish I asked if they sprayed or rolled from the beginning. It took us several days to clean the dust from the sprayed paint. I did let them know how disappointment and upset I was. I also loaned them my garage door opener to come in and finish the painting while I was out for a few hours, I haven't seen my garage door opener since. I did leave messages and even and email asking them to return it, but still no response. They over committed to other jobs and would come in just before noon and leave 2-3 hrs later. I did mention that I was showing the house the following weekend and that time was of the essence. They did apologize and they even mentioned they over committed. They are a young start up company (young owner) and have a lot to learn if they want to grow. I wish them lots of luck.

Pat worked in my schedule easily and conveniently. Showed up on time and keep everything clean and organized when he left. I had special ordered materials and brands that I requested which were no problem for him. Everything was simple and easy, and the finished results were fantastic. (Well above my expectations.) Its nice to find someone who you can work with easily who makes everything happen on time the way you you expect it to be.
