Job completed as agreed upon. No problems.

One of the workers helped himself to a can of Coke from my refrigerator without asking and then the next day ate a piece of fresh fruit from the fruit bowl on my table. I only realized it after I went to give my mother a banana-- couldn't find one and found the peel in the trash can. Without asking turned my AC down to 67-- yes it was a hot day.-- I came home from work to a freezing house. Need to work on being more professional.

The painting of the kitchen went well. Paint coverage was good and there were no missed spots. There were a few small paint splatters on floor when job was completed, but not significant. On the second job there were many places were the paint did not cover adequately or places that were missed completely especially around baseboards. However, the detailed painting on the columns in dining room was well done. Attempted to call painter 3 times to have come and fix areas not adequately painted and phone calls were not returned.

Pat showed up the same day I called to give a bid. It was less than what I paid in Southern CA for half the space. Overall, the painting was well done. However, he told me that there would be three of them painting and he showed up with only one other guy. As a result, the quality of the work at the end of the job was not as good as it was at the beginning. I felt they were very rushed to finish on Friday so that they could start a new job the following week. I'm not satisfied with the quality of the job in the master bath. When I told him that, he said "Well no one but you is going to see it." Also, we did discuss using multiple colors and accent walls when we initially walked through the house. But he acted like we never discussed it when it came time to select the paint colors and the walls that would be accents. I would recommend getting everything in writing up front. He only gave me the price, but not the details during the initial bid.

Very pleased. Pat came out the day after the big snow storm to give me a quote and back the next Monday to start the job. He thought he and his nephew could do it all in one day but it ended up taking a day and a half. They were very nice, did an excellent job. Very clean straight line between ceiling and wall. And we have 22 foot ceilings. I found very few paint drips on the floor or counters.

I WAS EXTREMELY PLEASED WITH QUALITY OF WORK. THEY ARRIVED WITHIN TIME AT APPOINTMENT, THEY PERFORMED THE JOB VERY QUICKLY & EFFICIENTLY. THE QUALITY OF WORK WAS EXCELLENT, AND THEIR PRICE VERY REASONABLE. THEY WERE CAREFUL AND CLEANED UP WELL AFTER COMPLETION OF JOB.

HE ARRIVED ON TIME AND WALKED AROUND THE HOUSE LOOKING AT PAINT AND SIDING. HE THEN GAVE ME A VERBAL PRICE QUOTE, NOTHING IN WRITING. I DON'T LIKE THAT. I WANT EVERYTHING IN WRITING SO EVERYONE IS ON THE SAME PAGE ABOUT WHAT WILL BE DONE AND WHAT IS EXPECTED.

Pat and his assistant, Joe, were VERY polite and efficient. The work was completed in minimal time and was of EXCELLENT quality. I had Pat give me another estimate to paint the vaulted-ceiling living area/kitchen of my home. He had many excellent decorating ideas for color choices and accent walls. I plan on having him do this painting project in the future.

Pat was recommended as a fast and reliable painter by several people. He met me at the new home, and we discussed the number of rooms, a time estimate for the work, and color selection. He gave me a price that included the cost of the paint. He painted all the rooms in 2 days instead of the 3 days estimated. The painting exceeded my expectations for quality. Pat is very courteous and knowledgeable. He works from his home in St. Charles. He recommended that a accent color be used in the kitchen. It was just the right touch to punch up the decor of the room.
