Pace was amazing!! Both technicians were professional and friendly They went above and beyond to help us. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs appliance repair.

2nd time using, just as good as first time

Kristina was so helpful. After being told by Whirlpool that my dryer was too old to get parts, Bobby from Pace Appliance Repair diagnosed the problem in no time, ordered the part, and installed it. After only two days, I had the use of my dryer. Thank you all so much!

It went great! We were able to schedule a visit within 2 days, and the technician Austin was great. He quickly diagnosed the issue, ordered the parts, and installed the new parts and got the washing machine working within a week. He also made a suggestion to start using AAfresh to keep the washer clean going forward.

The service technician was very professional, quick diagnostic work was done, in the work he completed was done in an efficient and excellent manner. Would highly recommend again!

Jason Lamoreaux diagnosed the issue, and not only replaced the part needed, but went above and beyond by cleaning the entire inside of the dryer. He was pleasant and efficient. He completed the job in less than 45 minutes! He was a great representative for your company, and you should use him as a model of how to treat and work with clients! He was excellent!

The whole process went very smoothly. The tech (Bobby) accurately diagnosed the problem even before he saw the appliance in question. Kristina, the phone contact had requested that I provide a picture of the label identifying model#/serial# in advance. Once I showed the tech the situation he quickly explained what was going on (even) showed a picture of what I'd see once he took part apart. Prediction was correct. Entire process took some 30 mins

It was great! I had sent a request on their website asking to setup a service call. They called me back right away to setup the service call. The dispatcher was very nice. She sent me all the information about the service call in a text. Jason showed up in the window for the service call. He called me to let me know he was on his way. He knew what part needed to be replaced, he did not have one on his truck, but came back on the next business day with the part and fixed the washing machine.

Our old Amana stopped drying. Jason revived it. Had this been a TV show about repairing things, he would be the star. The punchline would be "Yay, we can do laundry again! Wait..."

PACE was tremendous with everything. Scheduling, cost, efficiency, etc. highly recommend.

It went great! Of course the fridge wasn't making the screeching noise when they arrived, but I had made a recording of it ahead of time. A quick listen and they immediately knew the issue. They went to work to look at the issues and talked out the pricing. They got right to work and fixed it. On top of that, they noticed that my front door had terrible squeaking hinges and caught on the strip. I've just been dealing with it, but they said they would fix it while they were here. Next thing I know, I've got one guy fixing the fridge, and the other fixing my front door. And both work fantastic now! I really appreciated how nice they were and that extra bit of caring was unexpected and very much appreciated. Goes to show its worth paying for people who know and love what they do.

Was able to get Bobby to diagnose my refrigerator issue Monday night and he was here first thing Tuesday morning. Great service/great conversation/ explained everything to me and my wife. Truly honest man and saves us money as well. Will always use PACE!

He showed up the next day, had the part with him (because he diagnosed it on the phone the day before in the 15 seconds I spent talking with him, wow), explained exactly what was wrong and why, explained the cost, then fixed it in about 2 minutes. Immensely intelligent and personable serviceman. Perfect service.
