I solicited three estimates from three high quality window companies. Bryan's bid came in under the other two with a quality of window that matched or surpassed the other two companies. The other two companies were very pushy and kept trying to offer incentives to bring the price down. Bryan gave one price, wasn't pushy and let us make the decision without pressure sales. Within a month of ordering, the windows were installed. The workers were professional, courteous and did a nice job with the installation. They arrived on time and were done by early afternoon. I would recommend New Transitions to anyone interested in a high quality window, good service, and not paying the commission of a pushy salesmen.

Excellent experience. Bryan wasn't pushy during the sales process, made us feel very comfortable. The installers were friendly and very efficient. They even cleaned it up to look like new, actually better than new. Very pleased! We love our new windows!

Very pleasant to work with. Always on time. Excellent work. Made great suggestions. Always cleaned the work area at the end of the work day. Have received numerous compliments on the finished room from friends and family. Had a few problems but they were taken care of immediately. They always want the customer to be happy with the finished job. As an example, we bought the wrong type of spot light over a picture and you can see its reflection in the glass of the picture and Bryan said when we find the right light to correct the problem that they will be back to install it at no extra cost to us. Now that is customer service! Only complaint is that they are so good that they are backed up with jobs and you have to wait for them to come work magic at your house. We will definitely use them again.

Bryan and Mark were excellent to work with. They were efficient, professional, and just very nice to work with. I could always leave in the morning knowing that when I got home, my home would be the way I left it. The only way I knew they'd been there was by the progress they'd made that day. I love the bathrooms and highly recommend Bryan and Mark. They do a great job with little intrusion and go that extra mile to make sure you're happy. They even fixed something another contractor had not done properly at no charge.

The estimate was right on, they were business like, shared all of the information. They were prompt in a busy time. The man I spoke with sent two of his workers, and they did a great job. They cleaned everything up very nicely.

Our experience with Brian at New Transitions was friendly and professional. In fact, Brian was the only one of six bids who actually gave us a great, economical solution for replacing the 30-year-old sliding glass doors that were being used as windows. New Transitions' bid came in at the mid-range of all of our bids, but we felt it offered the best value in terms of price, product, and warranty. The order and work was done quickly (three weeks) and the installers worked professionally and left the site clean. Our only criticism was that the installers did not let me know they were leaving and failed to leave a warranty card. Brian, however, addressed that quickly as well by sending the card in the mail. We would definitely choose to do business with New Transitions again and would recommend them to others.

It was great working with New Transitions. Bryan, Mark and Mark Jr. were all very professional and respectful of our space. They were very clean and completed the work in a timely manner. At the end of each day, they left our house nice and clean. Our bathroom looks great. They paid attention to all the details, and we are very happy with the finished product. The price is probably higher than we would have paid for other contractors, but it was very important to us to have responsible and trustworthy people in our home.

Brian showed up on time and was VERY helpful and courteous. He told us he would not play games and gave us his best price right up front. There was never any pressure to buy. We signed the contract and the workers came out on the expected date & time. They worked quickly and professionally. There was a slight problem with one of the windows (manufacture error), but Brian came right out, surveyed the problem and ordered the part. He was a pleasure to work with and we will be using his company again.

Bryan and Mark are very pleasing to work with. Mark does most of the carpentry work and he is very professional and highly skilled. You hardly notice they are around, and they clean up, almost spotlessly, every day when they leave. Bryan returned all our phone calls right away. He is very customer oriented and works hard to please you. He brings all the samples, thus saving you from running around all over the place. There was a 3-4 week wait on the countertops. They install a temporary counter and sink, so you are not inconvenienced waiting for the new one. If you have to go through the hassle of remodeling, these are the guys to use. They did a great job. I recommend them highly.

Brian is very professional and kind. He gave me an excellent price for replacing the windows in my home. The windows were ordered and arrived in a timely manner. The installation crew arrived early and maintained a clean work area. The job was completed in one day. They are a great company to work with and made this an enjoyable experience!

These two fellas are top of the line craftsman, experienced in their job, and extremely professional about it. We felt like we were paying a fair price and got an extremely high quality job. They are a pleasure to work with, are very flexible, and do what they say they are going to do. We love our new bathroom, and we appreciated their cleaning up after themselves every day. Also, they took care of the dog too while they were working here! I can't say enough good stuff about them. We will definitely have them do our kitchen in the next year or so. We had a small leak under each of the sinks, and they came out immediately and fixed it - it was a small fix, they needed to put some kind of sticky stuff on the threads of one of the pipes, and it hasn't leaked since.

As always with New Transitions, we are absolutely satisfied. They return every call AT THE MOST within hours - always. They arrive exactly on time - always. They are completely professional - always. They leave the worksite spotless - always. And they are pleasant and helpful to work with - always. My only complaint this time is that a hosta plant got squished a bit under the second floor window. I put the very first report about these guys on Angie's list and obviously others have had the same experience we always do. They have become very popular and deserve it. My only worry is that one day I'll call them, and they'll be too busy for me! I can't recommend them highly enough.

IT WAS GREAT BECAUSE THEY GAVE US A GOOD PRICE. IT WAS PRETTY FAST, AND THE WINDOWS LOOK GREAT. I AM HAPPY WITH THE WAY IT TURNED OUT. THEY DID A REALLY NICE JOB.

Bryan responded quickly to my phone call and came to the house several times to come up with an estimate and then a design for our kitchen and master bathroom. After helping us make all of the necessary choices, he gave us an approximate time table. He notified us in advance of the start date and the time they would arrive. Mark always arrived on a timely basis and worked from 8:00 to 3:00 daily unless I was notified otherwise. Bryan was there part of the time and Mark worked daily. They were very considerate and I was always comfortable having them in my home whether I was home or not. They are very commmitted to detail. The last thing they did every day was to clean up my house and garage before leaving. Additionally, they were flexible. When an opportunity came up for the flooring company to come sooner than planned, they worked around them although that was not in the initial plans. The job was completed on a timely basis and turned out beautifully. A very professional company.

SERVICE MAN WORKED TIRELESSLY AND ARRIVED AHEAD OF TIME. HE EVEN BROUGHT HIS OWN LUNCH. VERY PROFESSIONAL CRAFTSMAN, KNOWLEDGEABLE BEYOND EXPECTATION. MY HIGHEST RECOMMENDATION.

Bryan and Mark were fantastic! They were on time, polite, and cleaned up at the end of each day. They were really easy to work with, and made sure we knew exactly what they were doing and why, as well as going over the cost. They were great about working around setbacks and find solutions for the unexpected problems that any remodeling of old houses involve, and Mark even manufactured some new door and window trim to match the original trim in the house which is no longer available. But it was really their professionalism and friendliness that made the experience so terrific. I'd recommend them for any remodeling work!

Quick response, competitive bid, great work, clean. I really enjoyed both Mark and Bryan as people, and their work was exceptional. The only drawback is that they are understandably in demand and we had to wait our turn on their job list. Small price to pay for honest, clean, and high quality work.

QUICK AND FRIENDLY RESPONSE TO REQUEST FOR ESTIMATE. WORK STARTED (AND FINISHED) BEFORE WE EXPECTED, AND WE LOVE THE FINISHED PRODUCT. CHOOSING NEW FIXTURES AND OTHER APPOINTMENTS WAS VERY EASY - BRIAN BROUGHT SAMPLES HE THOUGHT WE WOULD LIKE TO OUR HOME AFTER AN INITIAL CONSULTATION. QUALITY OF THESE WAS ALSO EXCELLENT, AND ALTHOUGH THE JOB WAS NOT INEXPENSIVE, PRICE WAS WHAT WE EXPECTED TO PAY FOR LESSER QUALITY. GREAT CARE WAS TAKEN TO KEEP CONSTRUCTION MESS TO A MINIMUM. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.

WE SHOPPED ALL THE A-RATED COMPANIES ON ANGIE'S LIST AND SELECTED THIS FIRM. OUR SELECTION WAS BASED ON (IN ORDER OF IMPORTANCE) PRODUCT, OUR IMPRESSIONS OF INTEGRITY OF THE CONTRACTOR, ANGIE'S LIST REFERENCES, CHECKING COMPANY REFERENCES AND PRICE. THERE ARE THOUSANDS OF WINDOW CONTRACTORS AND WINDOW MANUFACTURERS OUT THERE, AND IT CAN BE A LONG PROCESS TO FIND ONE YOU ARE COMFORTABLE WITH. WE CHOSE THE RIGHT GUY FOR OUR JOB.

BRIAN CAME OUT AND INSULATED 22 WINDOWS THAT HAD NOT BEEN INSULATED INCORRECTLY WHEN THEY WERE INSTALLED. HE ALSO DID SOME TRIM WORK ON THE WINDOWS AND SHUTTERS THAT HAD NOT BEEN DONE CORRECTLY (REMOVED OLD HOLLYWOOD-STYLE PLASTIC TRIM IN SOME PLACES AND REPLACED WITH NEW WOOD). HIS CARPENTRY WORK WAS WONDERFUL (ESPECIALLY ON MY BACK PORCH AREA), I WOULD CATEGORIZE IT MORE AS THE TYPE WORK YOU WOULD SEE ON CABINETRY. I'VE GOT HIM COMING BACK TO DO A TILE BACKSPLASH IN THE KITCHEN.

BRYAN WAS VERY COURTEOUS AND PROFESSIONAL. I APPRECIATED HIS HONESTY AND THE RESPECT HE GAVE ME AS A CONSUMER LOOKING FOR PRODUCT INFORMATION. I FEEL THAT HE GAVE ME A GOOD PRICE ON A GOOD PRODUCT. I WENT WITH ANOTHER COMPANY BECAUSE THEY GAVE ME AN UNBELIEVABLE DEAL, BUT I'LL ASK BRYAN TO PROVIDE A QUOTE ON MY FUTURE WINDOW REPLACEMENTS. ESTIMATED COST WAS $3,200.

THIS COMPANY IS TOP NOTCH. THE OWNER, BRYAN OUSLEY, WAS VERY EASY TO WORK WITH, AND ANSWERED ALL OF MY QUESTIONS ABOUT THE WINDOWS, INSTALLATION, WARRANTY, ETC. HE ALWAYS CALLED ME BACK PROMPTLY, AND WAS VERY PATIENT, AND INFORMATIVE IN RESPONSE TO MY INQUIRIES. I AM VERY SATISFIED WITH THE WORK THAT WAS COMPLETED.

THEY WERE GREAT! THEY COMMUNICATED WELL THROUGHOUT THE PROCESS, SUGGESTED A WINDOW CONFIGURATION THAT SAVED US TIME, AND DID AN EXCELLENT JOB INSTALLING THE WINDOWS. THEY SHOWED UP TO DO THE INSTALL WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD AND WORKED QUICKLY BUT CAREFULLY AND MANAGED TO GET DONE BEFORE IT STARTED RAINING! THEY NOTICED THAT TWO OF THE WINDOWS HAD SMALL RIPS IN THE SCREENS AND SENT SOMEONE TO FOLLOW UP AND REPLACE THEM WITHOUT ANY HASSLE AT ALL. WE WOULD HIRE THEM AGAIN WITHOUT HESITATION.

WINDOWS WERE INSTALLED IN ONE DAY, JOB SITE WAS LEFT NEAT AND CLEAN.
