It went extremely well. They showed up exactly when they said they would, had the job done by mid afternoon and cleaned up after themselves. When they were pulling off the old counter top, a large part of the paint on the wall behind the sink came off. Brian used our paint to make it look good as new. He even touched up a place in the hallway he noticed needed some paint.

Bryan was excellent from the first time he arrived to provide an estimate. He was engaged in the process from the beginning and offered helpful advice while listening to what we wanted. Although his estimate wasn't the lowest we received, his professionalism, enthusiasm, and committment to quality work was evident from the start. Mark Sr. and Mark Jr who did most of the work were great guys and they did quality work on everything. They were very considerate, putting ups plastic to keep construction dust from getting in the rest of the house. They cleaned up completely and put all their tools and material away every afternoon. Overall, I couldn't have been happier with their work and their professional attitude. Everthing was done with the highest attention to quality and detail. Byan kept us well informed during the whole process regarding progress and expected completion dates. I'm a bit of a perfectionist, so I fully expected to find a few things that needed to be corrected at the end of the job. I'm happy to say that I couldn't find a single thing! I would hire Bryan and New Transitions again in a heartbeat!

Excellent service...very quick response to request for bid...windows were special ordered and completed in a timely fashion...then windows were replaced with precision and a professional manner. Very satisfied with the entire process.

Mark, Mark and Bryan deserve a round of applause. Before they arrived, our kitchen was a room my wife and I avoided. It has been remolded into a workable kitchen that deserves to be treated like a queen. Bryan was an ace with communication responding to my every phone call-nearly everyday. I would say that 99% of my concerns he rattled off to me before I had a chance to question this or that. Most of the concerns were handled the very next day and all were handled before the job was done. Mark Sr. and Mark Jr. are accomplished craftsman's. Our older home has a ceiling that dips and dives and walls that have invisible bows, missing wall wallboard hidden behind cabinets, electrical wiring as tangled as spaghetti and many other surprises. It took New Transitions about 1 week longer(2 days missed because of the ice/snowstorm in Jan.)than expected, but they didn't miss a beat. Mark and Mark never rushed. Just steady, uncompromising progress. They always insisted I tell them if anything did not meet my expectations. Twice they were more meticulous than I with finishing details. I ran out of crown molding and when it arrived shortly after my project was done Mark Sr. came back and installed the final section. Even after some of the curve balls my home threw at them, the price didn't change, craftsmanship remained impeccable and time frame-although a bit longer-all came in exactly as they planned. Bryan stated early on that he was a man who stands behind his workmanship and promises of quality. This is one contracting company that you can trust. Time and again they did exactly what they said they would do.

They were great! They were very dedicated showing up every day. They were knowledgeable and they were nice guys. They finished on time. I don't think they were cheap but they were appropriately priced.

Work was done on time and within budget. Having a worker come in specifically to clean up and wash windows was a professional touch.

After talking with Bryan at New Transitions about receiving a quote he went to my house to take a look at my old windows and then actually came to my work in person to show me a window sample and answer any questions I had. Unlike other companies I have had correspondence with (windows and otherwise) Bryan was not pushy which is a huge plus in my book. After the new windows were ordered they arrived just in the amount of time (actually a little sooner) that I was told. The new windows were installed in one day. The two men who first took out the old windows and then installed the new ones were very professional and friendly. They answered any questions I had. After finding two of the sills were rotten they replaced both without any extra cost. They did not rush the installation and just took their time with each window. After leaving that day one of them told Bryan that he thought some of the windows were tight when opening and closing. Before I could even call Bryan to talk to him about this he called actually me. He had already called the manufacturer about the problem and arranged for them to come out and take a look. While the problem was not what they thought it would be, they were still able to fix the it in an hour or so. I have had a one of the most positive experiences with New Transitions than with any other company that has done work on my house. I would highly recommend them!

They've been very professional. I was very pleased. Their suggestions and the way they handled themselves -- it was all fair.

Initial visit through completion of job was a good experience. Bryan came as promised, took measurements, got back to me by phone & put contract in the mail. We signed & sent deposit. Work started earlier than when he estimated - worked with us on schedules because we both work outside the home & we have pets that required one of us to be there when workers were there. Work went smoothly, cleaned up every day before leaving, very cautious about pets, took only a small lunch break. We added several things to the job - they had no problem accommodating. Finished ahead of schedule. First class people!

They did a very good job of remodeling the bathroom. The negative side is that this company does not do painting so now I have to hire someone else to paint. Their clean-up was good.

They did an excellent job! Other people I looked at would not give me a quote, but only a quote on labor, I would have to buy all the materials.

He was quick and pleasant when him came and he even followed up. However, when I called him back and asked why so much more expensive than my other estimates(almost 2x as much), I had left a message but I received no response. I thought the price for sure was a mistake..I will never know as I never heard back. I wish I could have talked w/ him.

They were easy to work with. They were easy to have in my home. The prices were good. The services were great. I was very happy with how everything looked and turned out when they were finished. They made everything as simple and easy as possible.

Excellent on their part. Came out when it was extremely cold and raining in order to install before the Holidays. They even had someone clean the exterior of the windows after installation. Only issue was the door handle on the patio door which Bryan rectified even though the supplier was less than responsive.

I wish Angie's List had an A+ rating! Brian, Mark and Mark Jr. of New Transitions are a "class act." Professional, courteous, friendly, very responsive, clean and do top quality work. Couldn't ask for more! I searched for a long time for a contractor to do my kitchen and was looking for a referral from someone I know to point me in the direction of someone they used, trusted and does high quality work. I wasn't able to find anyone, but I found New Transitions on Angie's List and couldn't be happier. They were able to fit me into their schedule (even started early... which pleased me!), performed the work in a very timely manner (we weren't without our kitchen for very long), kept me informed as to their progress and status, and cleaned up every day. Each day was like waking up on Christmas Day... coming home from work to see how they we transforming my vintage 70's kitchen into a beautiful new space. In fact, what many contractors said couldn't be done (e.g., removing the load-bearing wall and re-routing the duct work, canned lighting in a two story home)... Brian and Mark figured out how to do and with great workmanship. To top it all off, during the project I identified several side jobs that I'd like done and they went out of their way to fit them in. I couldn't recommend them any more highly!!!

When they came his attitude was very nice and he was very informative. His price were a little bit higher than other we were looking at but he came highly recommended.

They were extremely professional. They solved problems that had been there for 25 years with the plumbing. They did an excellent job in a tight time frame.

The entire experience was very pleasant. After viewing and measuring my windows, Brian quickly gave me a quote which seemed very reasonable, as I already had another quote from a large local windows and siding company. I wanted to make some modifications to the job, which was easily done. The installers arrived exactly at the time they were expected and worked continuously from 7:30 am through 12:30, when they were finished, even though this was one of the hottest days of the summer. I am totally satisfied with the product and the installation.

This little job went remarkably well! A job that could have taken a lot of time and possibly been a method to take advantage of an unknowing customer was remedied quickly and free of charge. I called prior to the 4th of July holiday weekend to see if Brian could check out our situation and see what needed to be done. I wasn't aware that a quick easy hinge adjustment was all that was needed. He stopped by on the Monday after the holiday weekend, adjusted the hinges and was out and back to his next job with in a about 5 minutes.

I was a little nervous as this was my first major home improvement project I'd undertaken. But the experience was a pleasure from start to finish. The owner, Bryan Ousley, was very professional when he came to give me a bid. (Which by the way was way less than the lowest of the 3 I got last year.) He answered all of my questions and was very straightforward with the information he presented. The windows arrived within the estimated time and I was able to schedule the installation shortly thereafter. Everyone I dealt with throughout the whole process was friendly, courteous, professional, and right on time for every appointment!! The installers were careful to use drop cloths and they cleaned up thoroughly when they were done. They even helped me with the blinds - for which I was very grateful! The only thing I had to do when they left was put back the few pieces of furniture I'd moved out of the way beforehand. There was only one tiny glitch on the day of installation - the door handle for my patio door was missing, but one of the installers got in touch with Bryan right away. He talked to me on the phone and assured me he'd get me a door handle. Sure enough, he showed up with it himself before the job was done. I call that excellent recovery and truly excellent customer service! I honestly cannot rave about this company enough. I would recommend them enthusiastically to anyone and everyone who needs replacement windows. They simply did a superb job from start to finish. And my windows and door look GREAT!!!!!!!!!!

Brian came over and quickly checked out the job to be done; he addressed my questions and concerns. He told me that they only use the best made windows and installers who do nothing but window installation and that they have done this for 15 years. He never used any pressure and said I'd have a written estimate in several days. Sure enough the estimate came quickly and it was well below some others I had gotten, especially after the "Angie's List" discount that he had applied. He did not entertain any bargaining, simply the best and fairest price period. He said that they would order the windows to be made which would take about 3 weeks and when they came in, we would schedule the installation. Everything went exactly as he said. The installers arrived at 7:30am and the work was complete by 10:30am! It was quick, efficient and extremely neat. I was amazed and very pleased.

Wow! They are just as good as everyone on Angie's List says they are. We did have to wait for 5 months to schedule them as they are extremely busy. However, once they started on our project it was only 10 days from start to finish. They did not substitute any workers, the guys were great. I would go to work during the day and come home at night and you would have never known they were there...they cleaned up everything after each days work. Brian helped us through the whole process from bringing samples to our house to making initial decisions, to helping us with smaller decisions along the way. I can't say enough about this company. I would 100% use them again and again.

Wonderful, easy experience. Bryan was extremely responsive and customer-focused. The whole job from choosing the countertop to installation took only a few weeks. When the countertop fabricator chipped a piece of countertop, Bryan was very apologetic and insisted that the final payment not be paid until the job was completed to my satisfaction. He ensured that the fabricator replaced the chipped piece within a week. Also, Bryan was flexible and returned to fix a leaky valve under our sink which I discovered after the faucet was installed. Very pleased with the quality of the installation and customer service. We are thinking of upgrading our bathroom in a few years and we would definitely use New Transitions for future work. Highly recommended!

I was totally satisfied with their workmanship as well as brand of window they sold me. They did exactly what was stated in the contract. Their clean up was great, there was nothing left for me to pick up. I was very pleased with their workers and their workmanship.
