Exceeded all expectations. Very professional service start to finish. Mark and Mike performed all work professionally and efficiently. Owner, Bryan Ousley, was timely and professional and lived up to his promises. Performed all work in the time frame that was promised and kept me well informed. The quality of the workmanship was exceptional. Installation team was great about keeping things tidy and cleaning up every day before they left.

New Transitions was fantastic! When first contacting Bryan, he returned my call right away. We scheduled a day for them to give us a quote. They were able to do this w/o us being there, which was very convenient. We receieved several quotes and Bryan's was the best out of the bunch. We wanted quality at a reasonable price and that's what we got. They set up a day for the actual measurements, inside and outside. This took about 30 minutes. A few weeks later, they called when the windows were ready and worked with our schedule for the installation date. The crew showed up at 7:30 am and were completely finished with 16 windows by 2 pm!! We did help them by moving our furniture, covering up anything to keep the dust down and making sure they had access to all windows. The crew was fast, efficient, courteous and very professional. And our house was not terribly dirty, just a little dust. Our windows look great and I would definitely recommend this company. I feel that we have wonderful windows and didn't need to spend $10K (this is what Champion wanted!).

I have had the pleasure of using New Transitions for a variety of projects over the last few years. Bryan's teams are always pleasant and punctual. He stands behind his product and his worksmanship. The installation team arrived on time and worked diligentley to install the four windows. They were quick and cleaned the windows upon completion just a few hours later. The windows meet the government standard for tax credit and Bryan provides a discount to Angie's list customers. The windows were a little harder to open than windows I had installed last year by New Transitions but a call to Bryan explained that it was due to the additional insulation of this newer window. Bryan had to change providers to meet the new government standards. Bryan provided a temporary fix to my problem and said that with some use the insulation would compact and the windows would work more smoothly. I ended up not using the temporary fix and just opened and closed the windows over the next few months. He was correct. Now three months later they are working fine. Prior to and after the installation I had an energy audit performed. The auditor uses an infrared camera to find air leaks. The infrared camera showed new windows aremuch better in insulation and installation than the windows that came with the house. I am very pleased with Bryan's team's performance. The windows appeared a little pricy to me but I know they are high quality and it was worth it to me. I believe this is a case of getting what you pay for.

On 10/16/09 New Transitions installed lights I provided to them. One in the guest bedroom, two in the master bedroom and two outdoor coach lights. Installation was well done and the area was left clean. On 2/24/10 New Transitions purchased and installed two insulated "eyeball" lights to reduce cold air leakage from the attic into the living room. The lights were recessed and serve as spot lights for the mantle in a stucco ceiling. They removed old construction and the area around the lights is left in perfect condition. The area was left immaculately. I have worked numerous times with New Transitions and provide them unescorted access to my home. From experience I know that any work I have them perform is backed by Bryan Ousley's strong belief in customer satisfaction. On other projects Bryan has returned up to two years after work was performed to fix something I had not noticed originally or where caulking may not have held. What I am saying is that I trust, that even though I am not present when the work is performed, if there is anything that does not meet my satisfaction I know Bryan will fix it. The approximately $60 dollars per light fixture isn't cheap but I am paying for the quality of the work and knowing that I do not have to take off from work to watch the New Transitions team.

They were great. I am considering calling them back out. It took only one day; it was pretty amazing.

The estimate was exactly what they charged. We will be using them again on another home. There were no problems, he uses excellent materials. He is also going to remodel my kitchen as well.

After calling 3-4 vendors and asking for quotes, I called New Transitions. Everyone I spoke to was polite and professional. The quality of the work is great. The two folks that came to remove the old windows and install the new ones did a great job and left the place cleaner than how it was before. I am very pleased by the quality of the work and the fair price I was quoted. I will call them again in the future without a doubt.

Bryan at new transitions gave the impression of making personally sure that I got when I wanted and when I mentioned Angie's list a 30% discount was immediately subtracted. He turned up for the estimate on time and gave a number of clear options. Even with the 30% discount they were not the cheapest estimate, but to be fair they were not the most expensive estimate without the discount. I got a more comfortable feeling about New Transitions so engaged them for the job, and paid a deposit of around 50%. The manufacture of the windows and door took about 3 weeks; a little less than estimated and they turned up on time at the prearranged date to do the installation. The whole job was done quickly with the minimum of noise and fuss and the finished job is marvellous, They are fitted perfectly, look good and the quality is great. They even fixed an uneven window sill in one of the windows at no extra charge. They took away every bit of the old windows and trash and cleaned up perfectly. Not a mark on my light-colored carpet. A bill arrived in the mail with a pre-addressed envelope and the stamp already on it. I have no hesitation in paying them promptly. I will be replacing another sliding door next year and probably won't look anywhere else.

They were very professional. The windows are a good quality and they were affordable. They were not high pressure and their prices were reasonable. They do not take credit cards.

There are several reasons we give this company an A rating. The price was fair, the product and work were excellent, they installed 15 windows in 3/4 of a day, and Bryan called to see if we were satisfied with the job.

We were desperate. Just moved into this house the week before and were having 32 family members for Easter dinner. There is only one bathroom and it didn't have a fan. My father said he wouldn't come if we didn't have a fan in the bathroom by Easter. On Tuesday I started making calls trying to find someone who could put in the fan by Friday. Bryan came over that day to give us an estimate and said he could do it by Friday. Mark and Mark Jr were here right on time on Friday morning and spent 4-5 hours. This bathroom never had a fan so it involved cutting holes in the ceiling and in the roof, doing the electrical work and plastering. The fan now works beautifully and my dad joined us at Easter dinner. I was very pleased. The workers were prompt and professional. They were informative and cleaned up well.

Bryan responded quickly to my request for an estimate. Estimate was in similar range to others we obtained. Worked to fit our " small project" in betweeen others in order to get it done asap before the birth of our first child. Yes, I had procrastinatd this project although we were not aware of the amount of mold involved until Bryan showed us pictures. They only charged us an additional $50 over our estimate for the new insulation and no additonal fees for the bleaching etc involved. We were very happy with how quickly the work was completed. They left the house/bathroom very tidy after each workday which was very improtant as we only have 1 bathroom. All three employees were friendly and professional. When we had a small issue with the calk after completion. Bryan came the very next morning and fixed it and made it clear that if we had any further problems with any of the work at any point he would be back to work it out. I doubt this will be neccessary as their work seems experienced and thorough. We are very pleased with all of our interactions with New Transitions and the work they did for us.

Team of two; one worked inside with ladder, the other worked outside with scaffolding. removed old windows in timely manner, very neatly done, methodical, it was obvious had done this several times before. Replaced new windows, caulked all inside and out, cleaned up, left the yard neat as found it. The windows are beautiful. Will contact New Transitions in the future for other windows that need replacing.

Read about New Transitions on this list and since all reviews were positive, I contacted Brian (the owner) by email. He responded quickly and he came out to the house that week. He provided me with all the information I needed without a hard-sell. We went through some other estimates but his was the best so we used him. A few days later, all the measurements were taken and the widnows were ordered. Two weeks later, our windows came in and we had them installed on the 19th. The 2-man crew told us they would be there between 7:30 and 8 a.m. and they came in at 7:45...they were done around 1:30. They were polite, friendly and professional! I would highly recommend them and would use them again.

We had a friend who had used this company and was very happy with them. We had Bryan come and give us an estimate and were impressed right from the beginning with his professionalism and straight-forwardness. He explained everything that needed to be done and showed us a sample of their product. We decided to go with them They came and measured everything and we agreed on a date for the installation. The installers (Ron and Andy) arrived bright and early that day and immediately started in. We were very impressed with how fast they removed the old windows and got the new ones in. It was also a very cold day so we really appreciated the speed. We have a small house and not much room to move the furninture and they helped us move some heavy pieces. They were very pleasant and cooperative. They worked straight thru lunch and were done by early afternoon. They returned the next day to finish up the trim and outside work. The windows and door look GREAT and we could tell the difference in draftiness immediately. We couldn't be happier and we would consider using them again on future projects.

EXCELLENT! This is my second time using New Transitions and their great workmanship. Top quality and true customer service. I can trust Bryan, Mark and Mark Jr in my home and know that they will do great work! They are PROFESSIONALS... courteous and clean up everyday. Other than the progress... you hardly know they were there! The bathroom turned out better than I expected and they went out of their way to have it complete per my schedule (before Thanksgiving).

Bryan and New Transitions exceeded our expectations. Contacts with Bryan regarding obtaining the estimate and receiving the bid were provided in a very timely and professional manner. Bryan came when he said he would and answered all of our questions. The bid was received and confirmed the information he indicated. The crew was very careful and did an exceptional job. They used drop cloths to cover the carpets, vacuumed any dirt and debris in the house, and cleaned up everything on the exterior. They worked very quickly and completed the work in the time they planned. In completing the outside work the crew worked on a very cold and rainy day, but completed the work as promised. The quality of the windows is very good and we have noticed increased comfort, with no drafts and can't wait to see the savings on our heating bill. Similarly, the quality of the workmanship of the installation was very good and they seem to have taken the extra time to complete all the details. Overall, we could not be more pleased.

This was a very good experience. Bryan and Mark are very professional and kept things spotless when they left. The bathroom looks and works great. Through no fault of theirs, a month after the construction was finished, a new pipe sprung a leak. Without question, they came within an hour and repaired the pipe and damage without charge. I am using them to remodel another bathroom now. I highly recommend them.

Bryan the owner who is also the salesman came to my home to go over all of my needs and answer my questions. I only had one other company come out. They were pretty much the same window and price. The other owner/salesman was also very nice, punctual, and professional. However, there was just something, maybe gut instinct that made me choose New Transitions. After choosing New Transitions Russ came out to do the final measurements. I was told that the entire process would take approximately six weeks. However, my windows came in after two weeks. I was told that there was an opening the following week. If I would have been ready I would have jumped on it. Thinking I had several more weeks I wasn't prepared to have them come but did have them come the following week. Ron and his assistant were to be at my house between 8:00 and 9:00. They arrived around 7:45 to see if I needed help moving anything. I had already moved everything but appreciated the offer. After the windows were installed I noticed a small hole in one of the window screens and a small pooch in the one next to it. Ron fixed both in minutes. I was told the installers would be there for about a half a day. They left around 12:00. They cleaned up after themselves. I was impressed with how smoothly the entire experience had been. While Ron was installing the windows a friend and her husband that were also considering having New Transitions installing their windows came over to check out the process and ask a few questions. They have now called New Transitions to come out to give them a proposal. I will continue to recommend them to others. I wish them the best and continue success with their business.

Excellent experience overall. Bryan and his team were very responsive. They came out the next day after I called to do an estimate. We were able to discuss features over the phone and his price was very competitive. They promptly scheduled the install when the windows arrived. The installation crew was polite and professional. I'm very pleased with the windows and my overall experience. I would highly recommend this company!!

The owner, Bryan, did the initial bid and was thorough and friendly. The entire job went smoothly. I was very pleased with the work and the product and would definitely hire the company again if I do more window work.

Bryan was very responsive to my request for an estimate. He always responded promptly when I left messages on his phone. His price was in the middle of the 3 bids I received. I went with him because of the reviews on Angie's list. He was willing to come to my house to show me a sample window. I gave him a down payment that afternoon. Two hours later I received a call from the person who would measure for the window. An appointment was set for the next day. When the windows came in Bryan worked around my schedule to set up a day for installation. I was told the workmen would arrive between 1:00 pm and 2:00 pm. They came at 1:15 and were finished before 3: 00 pm. The workers were very professional. They cleaned the windows and the debris. They did a very good job. I am pleased with the results. I was surprised that Bryan did not come by the day of installation to review the job before sending the final bill.

Received an initial estimate that was prompt and well described. Although the quote was not the lowest, Bryan seemed to have the best familiarity with radiant floor heating products and I appreciated the detailed description of the project (in person) and the use of specific materials. I also liked the relationship built between New Transitions and the local Daltile supplier. In fact, Bryan was able to deliver sample tiles directly which saved running around to look at tile at stores. The work was completed in three business days and daily work was always completed, including cleanup by about 4:30 each day. The work was very precisely finished, including the baseboard trim and edge grout/sealing. I also liked the tile layout that produced the best grout line locations for a finished professional look.
