Plumber did an excellent job repairing a toilet leak. However, I added another job which should have qualified for a discount but I did not get a discount

Arrived hours late without a phone call at 4:45. Not interested in doing any work such as changing a toilet wax seal or caulking around the bottom of a toilet. The $59 charge was a total waste of time and money.

1) The job required Mr Rooter to dig a large hole in my front yard to put in what they called a "Clean out". They had to use a large excavator to dig and refill the hole. The excavator left large ruts i my lawn that were not repaired. 2) The job required Mr Rooter to dig out and replace the cast iron sewer pipes in my basement. The concrete floor had to be busted out and replaced. The concrete repair job was poor quality. I had to call them back to feather/smooth around the rough edges of the fresh concrete. Overall the floor is still rough.

They say they can fix your problem and then it takes them four days to come. I had an emergency over Thanksgiving (hot water heater quit) and they did not have the capacity to take on my job, but they told me they did.

Very expensive. Charged about $200 per hour. Quality was O.K.

Charge was $375 for less than 30 minutes of work. I could have bought the equipment he used and hired a complete stranger off the streets and have if completed for much, much less. Later found a local company that would do the job for $99 (w/ coupon / regular price $229) . SHAME ON ME!

Lots of issues spanning multiple days. Ended up having to pay this company for sub-par work and then had to hire another company to fix the problem.
