+ -1 moreHe is extremely knowledgeable and professional. He does not try and gouge prices, and keeps the needs of customer's in mind. He sends out coupons to repeat customers. He has also kept in touch with us to make sure that we have everything we need. I feel safe having him in my home when I'm alone. If you have problems that have to do with service, he will make phone calls on your behalf and help navigate through the issues on your behalf.
Description of Work: He did a security upgrade on our computer.

Description of Work: Last time he came out and got us information on our e-mail. Thought it was a security issue and he went and installed the anti-virus protections. Got us some new e-mail addresses.

+ -1 moreIt was excellent. Everything that you would look for in a service provider, punctuality, he was two minutes early which is hard to find. We had to change the time of our initial appointment and he was very flexible with that. He always answers the phone personally. In the one hour that he was here to initially just to do the one thing, we came away from that hour with tons of stuff. He was friendly without being intrusive, which was very important for us. He also did not try upsell us on anything that we didn't need for our computer. He was very productive.
Description of Work: He initially came to install Skype on our computer, so he put that on. He also ran a check to get the computer running faster and eliminate junk. He also looked at our printer which was not running properly and he gave us some advice on that. There was a lot that he did in an hour that he was there.
