Description of Work: This is the second time I've used them. Last year they did an overall treatment after I found a too-large-for-my-comfort spider inside the house. The amount of insects decreased dramatically. This year I had a problem with ants and so far they have done one of the two treatments and I haven't seen another ant yet. The professional they send is very nice and very good at what he does.

I wanted a treatment immediately of course however was talked down by Sharon in the office to expressed it was best to do a through evaluation before jumping the gun, so to speak. As detailed above Bob was very professional and quite thankfully told me there was no problem with my home but only because I was quick to call when problems surfaced.
Description of Work: Bob first came and view surroundings to include homes near by to assess for Carpenter ants. I was able to accompany and was shown a few problems areas. Home was evaluated inside and out and then he sat down with me to discuss options.

He explained the treatment system very thoroughly and set up the appointment for the installers. The installers showed up when they were supposed to and also did a great job. I will continue to use them and recommend them to others.
Description of Work: They inspected and found termites then installed a Sentricon Termite system.

+ -1 moreWe moved into a new house and noticed a lot of silverfish. McCarthy Pest Control came out to spray right away. They ended up coming out three times and ended up dusting the attic because the silverfish were very persistent. They guarantee their work for 30 days, so there was no charge for the subsequent visits. I am happy to say we are silverfish-free. I also use them for quarterly spraying (60 dollars per quarter). A few weeks ago I noticed something really strange off our porch. I was worried that it may be termite tunnels, but when I called the person that I talked to didn't think it sounded like that. Tim McCarthy himself then called me back to ask some questions and ended up coming over himself to look at it. It turned out to be nothing to worry about. He didn't charge me for his time, and I was really impressed that he took the time and interest to make the visit himself. The company is friendly, professional, and scheduling is easy. Great company.
