+ -1 moreWe signed a contract. He accepted large deposit. He did not show up to perform the work after telling us were on the schedule. He would not respond to numerous telephone calls. We finally file suit and were given a default judgment. He did not make an appearance at the hearing. He's a thief. We're also considering filing suit against his major supplier, who had an agency relationship with him and who is was less than honest when we inquired as to his historical activity.
Description of Work: Contracted for landscaping services approximate cost of $12000.
