Very friendly technician, office personnel and Operations Manager. They gave a fast estimate, were able to schedule quickly, showed up when they said they would and just overall did a fantastic job. More work was needed than on the estimate, they called us, explained it in detail and were able to complete the job still in one day. I highly recommend this company and will recommend them to anyone that asks.

I have had 5 of the guys in my home working on a project for our rennovation. They have all been courteous, prompt, communicated any delays, very knowledgeable, and work to get the customer exactly what we want, need. They are exceptionally reasonable in price as well. I have already referred them to friends and neighbors looking for electrical work. Also, it needs to be said, Ashley is great too. She always responds to request and gets a crew scheduled as promptly as she can. Great team to work with.

Johnathan and LVG were great from the initial phone call until completion. He was able to come out with an estimate quickly and performed the work in the same week. They were very knowledgeable and experienced in the best way to make it look clean and have great video coverage. I will be using them again in the future.

Since I have experience in sales, I called a few companies to come out and give me bids. Keep in mind I know how to up-sell, this company stood out from the rest with honesty, respect for my home, and gave me his best option without being the most expensive. They were prompt, very knowledgeable employees about the products, quick to install, cleaned up any mess they had made as if they were never there, and took the time to explain how everything works. I can honestly say I feel that my family is safer at home when I am gone. I highly recommend this company for any alarm systems, surveillance cameras, fire protection system. We are very happy about our products and the company.

Dmitri was able to perform a temporary fix on the spot so we could use the laptop until he got the replacement part in. This was greatly appreciated since we had been without it for about 3 weeks because we initially sent it off to be diagnosed by one of the big box stores. This was very time consuming and the quote came back double the price of what Dmitri quoted. I also appreciated that he was willing to drive to meet me in a location convenient for me. Many thanks to Dmitri!

Not only did they recover my data before working on the system, they were able to recover the operating system and now I'm writing this review on a laptop that everyone else said couldn't be fixed!

It was the best decision I have made with my alarm since I got one over 10 years ago. They are local and very honest! This was the biggest issue that I have had with my previous companies! I am very confident with my choice and love the new system. The process was very easy and the install was fast and professional. The new system is exactly what I asked for and they were very accommodating to my concerns and needs for the upgrade!
