Loyalty Lawn Care

I contacted Loyalty Lawn Care 2 weeks prior to the requested date of service to assure that my requested date could be scheduled. It turns out that LLC could have come out as early as a couple of days after the phone call. My preference was to maintain my original date because it was a better time of the season to core aerate. LLC said they would send someone out within 24-48 hours to provide an estimate. No one had to be home in order for them to perform the walkthrough of the yard & provide an estimate. To my surprise they left an estimate the same day I call, later that evening. The estimate had the approximate square footage of the area to be treated along with an analysis of the lawn (identified any weeds present, condition of grass and type of grass). The estimate also included other services they offer such as their fertilization program along with an estimate & the price if I wanted to include overseeding (estimated to be $150 with the core aeration included). I called back the next day to confirm & acknowledge the estimate & locked in a date for the core aeration to be done. A time wasn't given for when they would come that day. I was told to be sure to water the lawn prior to the service visit & cut the grass a little lower than normal to facilitate the coring. LLC showed up around 11am the day of and completed the core aeration quickly and efficiently with two workers. They left an invoice at the door. They offer the convenicence of online payment, so I closed out the invoice by paying online. Very convenient. Excellent, quick and affordable service. Will definitely use again next year.

They aerated a yard of my yard that shouldn't have been aerated.

I like the fact that my lawn looks beautiful. They did a really good job. They treated my lawn to be leaf free, which was full of leaves. It looks thicker and greener now. I will use their services again in the future.

We have been using Loyalty Lawn care since March 2011 to fertilize our lawn and treat it for grub and weed control. We have been very pleased with their responsiveness and results. Our lawn has gone from being among the worst lawns in the neighborhood to being among the best. Would definitely recommend them to others.

Have been using their service for a year and a half now. The lawn has looked good that entire time. As requested, they always contact me the day before their next service. I also appreciate that they close the gate to the fence each time so there is never any fear of letting the dog out when you get home. Lastly, it's great that they are not pushy about selling other services. They may send the occasional mailer or may even contact you via phone, but it is limited, which I cannot say about some other lawn service companies. I would definitely recommend using their services.

We are in the middle of the process. Too early to have a verdict.

A man named Rick came out on 6-13-11 and did the estimate. he said he would call me in a couple of weeks and let me know when they would be out to do the job. I never heard from him, so i called the company on 7-13-11 and asked when they would be coming as i had been waiting a month! Rick was apologetic and the crew came on 7-15-11. When they arrived, a young man rang the door bell and started asking me a lot of questions about what they were supposed to do such as how and where to bury the hose. I became very concerned as I thought he should know how to do that. There were 2 other men who worked with him and they seemed to know what they were doing. The young man I talked to first told me he had only worked for the company for 2 weeks.and hadn't done this before. I was concerned why the company would send an inexperienced person like him to do a job. It turned out that the other 2 men were experienced but spoke little English, so the young man was primarily there to assist them and talk to the customer. They didn't have all the supplies they needed so they had to go to Lowe's to get what they needed. I felt that the person who did the estimate should haven given them much clearer instructions about what they were supposed to do. He also should have provided them with the supplies they needed. I actually felt bad for the 3 of them because I'm sure they were embarrassed. That is not a good position for management to put the customer or the employees in. They were all VERY nice to me and ended up doing a fantastic job!!!!! It was hot out and they were working in the direct sun.

We have been using Loyalty Lawn Care for the past year. Unfortunately, their service has not been able to rid our yard of weeds with their treatments. We understand it takes time for their methods to work on rooted weeds, so we are going to use them for treatments for the remainder of this calendar year. If we do not see an improvement, we will seek another lawn service company. I do not recommend them for insecticide treatment of landscaping plants. I hired them to specifically treat our landscaping plants on or about June 30th. Since that treatment, a few of my plants are showing signs of stress and brown patches. I believe the chemicals used were too harsh for some of the plants. An educated service employee should know what type of chemicals to use on certain types of plants. If these plants actually die, I will expect Loyalty Lawn Care to replace them.

I really liked them. They were always there taking care of our needs even before we had asked for anything. They always left us little notes on our door briefing us about what they did. I like the handwritten notes. The guy who left the note that day entered his phone number too, so I liked that. They also provided little flyers and other stuff about seasonal things that might be coming up in the yard. They were quick reads, which was nice. They are more costly than another company, but their quality is much better.

We are mid way through the season, and the lawn was in pretty rough shape when they started. We recently moved into this home, and it had been vacant for over a year, so not much care for the lawn. I am amazed at how well the yard has shaped up with this service. Grass is green, lush and full, moles are gone, and everything looks great. The people that come to do the application are very nice and professional. We have a magnolia tree in the yard that is looking a little tired, and my wife spoke to the gentleman that was there for the scheduled tree treatment and he took the time to make sure this tree got special care. It is bouncing back and looks better. Good service, quality results and friendly staff. We are happy.

The price is reasonable. It isn't really expensive or really cheap. They leave something on the door to let me know that they have been there. They are really polite on the phone. I don't have any complaints.

We are still early in the growing season, but the applications seem to be doing a good job in greening up the yard and controlling weeds and crabgrass.

I've use Loyalty for the last four years. My lawn looks great. They follow their schedule, very professional, open to questions and always let you know which service they preformed and provide tips on maintaining your lawn on their invoice that they leave in the door.

The service went well overall. However my backyard (very shady and with dogs and sweetgum balls) did not do as well as the front yard (which looks great!)

I called and asked the receptionist to speak to someone in detail about my options to take care of my lawn after some serious damage last fall. She assured me that someone would call me back and I got a voicemail from a technician telling me to water my lawn regularly. When I called back no one answered the phone so I left message indicating that was VERY unhappy with their response and wanted someone to call me to discuss the options to fix a lawn badly damaged by some contraction last fall. I indicated at that time that I was most dissatisfied with their prior call. The same tech called me back and offered no more help that his original voicemail. I was disappointed because when I've called in prior years (I've used them for over 6 years) I have spoken with the owner or manager and always got helpful instruction and advice.

Excellent company. They come out quickly whenever there is a problem. They don't try to sell you a bunch of add on services.

I have been using them since July 2010. I have a contract with them. Their price is great. They follow up on all the services and they are flexible about scheduling when they are coming to do services. It's been very helpful for me overall. They are very committed to each of their customers so I am working with the same person each time. The owner has come out several times just to make sure that everything is going well. I get much more personalized service and also even with a challenging lawn they've helped me. I would use them again in the future.

We didn?t go with them, but they were very nice when they came out for an estimate. The estimate depended on what services we were going to pick, but it ranged from $500 to $600. I called them because they had good reviews online. They were a little higher than their competitors. So we chose someone else for at least this first time, but I have nothing bad to say about them. We are considering them next year because we are not really happy with the woman we went with this time.

They evaluated what was wrong with my yard and grasses and recommended what I need to do as well as what they are doing.

They were prompt and thorough, and our lawns are looking much better (with extensive watering to get the seed started.) Much easier than doing it ourselves. We would recommend Loyalty to others.

These guys were awesome! I was home and able to watch the transformation take place. They did a great job and cleaned up any mess that they had made. I will definately hire them again!
