Loyalty Lawn Care

I have been very pleased with them. My lawn is looking better. They fertilize and take care of the lawn. If I want extra work done, I pay more. I like that I did not have to sign a contract or pay upfront like you do with other companies. They have been very professional and answered any questions I have had. I found them on Angie's List. They got good reviews from other customers.

I think they are on Angie’s List. The cost is about $49 for treatment. I haven’t done any comparison shopping on price. They have always been very good. When I have paid in advance, this is a price break; anytime there was a problem with weeds or anything they would come right-out and spray at no charge. They don’t do that as needed basis. They are always very polite and they clean up after themselves. They call ahead and they are always punctual. So I haven’t had any problems to speak of.

We got this service a little late in the season because we just moved into our new home. Our lawn looks really horrible and we needed help. We were referred to Loyalty Lawn Service and are happy we were. They are very prompt and professional. They leave personalized instructions that are very clear about your lawn and what we can do in addition to their services to better our lawn. Our lawn is already looking better and I have high hopes for the spring.

It was perfect. Tim did the work and I could not have asked for a more friendly, caring individual. He answered my questions, made suggestions and talked to me like I was his neighbor. What a great representation of outstanding customer service. This company has been doing my lawn treatments for at least 3 years and I would highly recommend them.

The work was done professionally. I asked the serviceman to call a little before he expected to get here so that I could unlock and open the gates (2). He did so and once he was done, he closed and locked both gates without my asking him to. He was most polite and I was happy to have such a clean-cut, couteous person for this service. I have recommended this service to many people and, as I'm told, those people are most appreciative of the good service and polite communication with this company.

The worker comes to the house and is there 5-10 minutes and is complete. Our lawn is very small

Although a bit pricey, Loyalty is always worth it. We usually have one of the most lush, green yards in the neighborhood as a result of their service, and often receive multiple accolades on how good our lawn looks. When called in for special attention, Loyalty's workers are always courteous and spend time explaining the issue and what their plan will be to deal with the issue. Even on routine contract service visits, they make sure to clearly state what they are doing and check to make sure that we are happy with what they have done. I highly recommend them and will continue to use them for the foreseeable future.

We have used them for 2 years for lawn fertilization. My lawn is now one of the best in the neighborhood! They are reasonable and my lawn tech is very friendly and knowledgeable.

They spread fertilizer and weed contol on a yearly basis. We are please with their service.

Loyalty Lawn Care took care of my lawn fertilization and weed control in 2012 and they did an end of the year core aeration and overseeding. I asked specifically for them to eliminate the spurge that has been infesting my lawn for the past ten years and that no other company including the popular ones could eliminate. Loyalty lawn care did it and kept my lawn looking good all summer and into the fall. Before every treatment, they called, at my request, to let me know when the next treatment was about to occur. I called one time to report a patch of weeds that had eluded treatment and they sent a technician right away to spot treat it. All phone calls were answered with the utmost curtesy. When I called about core aeration, late in the fall, they took care of it right away. I can see a good crop of new grass responding to the overseeding where I had bare spots. I am very pleased with all services and will continue to use Loyalty Lawn Care.

Loyalty Lawn exceeded my expectations!! I started my lawn treatments and fertilization in spring and had my last treatment in November. The trees and shrubs were trimmed in May and look amazing. My lawn has never looked this great despite the hot summer. The technicians were always prompt, courteous, and cleaned up any product on the driveway and patio.

In spring 2012 I looked for a lawn care company that would provide fertilizer and weed control. Our lawn had been untreated for the prior 2 years and was very thin and weedy. $245 was the prepay price for 6 applications during the year. Within about a week of the first treatment it was looking better already. I also had them do optional nutsedge treament and then aeration and overseeding in the fall. All contact I have had with Loyalty has been very professional. They call the day before they will do a treatment and then leave a report after they are done. I have been very pleased with the way my yard looks now and with the professionalism of the Loyalty employees. I highly recommend them. The price they quoted was in the same range of other firms that I contacted.

Service Representative proactive on keeping weeds under control.

Called to inquire about aeration service. Was told they would go by and look at my yard and leave an estimate. Didn't see an estimate for 3 days. Called & was told that sometimes they are removed from your door by other people canvassing the area. I was emailed the detailed estimate immediately. I called back to schedule the service for the next week. Service was performed on the day agreed upon. The service was done effectively & at a good price. Although my cable line was cut during the process, I blame the cable company for not burying the cable deep enough. Overall, I am very happy with the service provided & the price charged. Also, appreciate the customer service. Will use this company again!

I am not happy with long term the results over the time pd I have used them my lawn has gotten worse and the techs that come out each tell me different things are wrong with it. The challenge for these types of organizations if one size fits all lawn care approach however my needs more. I wish I could find a lawncare co that customizes the care somewhat. UPDATE: Loyalty Lawn contacted me after I left this report/and after I told the phone rep why I was canceling. Kim came out and looked at my lawn and agreed there was more they could do. As such...I am changing my rating to a B. I appreciate their follow uo very much. I only wished it had been sooner... But nevertheless it is appreciated. Thanks Kim and Todd.

The owners of Loyalty Lawncare were the ones I was doing direct business with since they came highly recommended. They we quick to respond but lazy and slow to get anything done. They not only missed the deadline for job completion once, twice, or even 3 times BUT 4 TIMES. They job they did was half a$$ed and I was able to get another company to redo all the work they did for almost $200 less than Loyalty Lawncare. I'm sure many of the positive reviews here were written by their employees or owners themselves because in my neighborhood 4 other home owners had work done by them and all have similar complaints. Two of them even said they stole tools from their tool sheds. Hire these individuals with caution and keep a sharp eye one them if you do...

We have been using them for years. They are loyal. They come right out or within a week of calling them.

I have been extremely happy with their dependability, and our lawn looks completely new!

I contacted Loyalty Lawn Care via their website and Rick took care of creating the quote/estimate. The estimate was done within days of my inquiry. We were also given references that we were able to contact and all gave good reviews. We orginally hired them for the medium sized yew removal and sod placement. They did such a good job that we had them come back and take out the burning bushes and other large yew. Excellent work - the sod looks great and you can't even tell were the shrubs were. I highly recommend them for this type of yard work.

So far, they have done everything they said they would do and their work has proven to be of good quality.

Loyalty is friendly and professional. Unfortunately, they could not improve the situation in my yard (weeds, grubs, general lawn health). I used them for three seasons. I took the work back and did it myself this past season (2011) and was able to get the yard looking great. I waited a year to file this report to make sure it was possible to do a better job for less money. It was. Very nice people but results matter and, for about $50 a month, they didn't get results. Doing the work myself this year netted me fewer grubs, and almost no weeds. This is a company that has great people on the phone. Unfortunately I don't believe these same people are in the field handling the work on a consistent basis.

I have a contract with them. I like them a lot. I have used others and these guys are the best. I found them on Angie's List. I am very very happy. They are very reasonable. I am paying them probably a little less than what I was paying somebody else. They are much more professional and they are better. They have better results. I thought their price was the highest as far as quality and very reasonable.

There is no contract. They keep a very good schedule. I would use their services again in the future.

Loyalty has been caring for our lawn for over a year now - after we trashed it during the summer of 2010. They are attentive and always call before doing any treatment plus leaves instructions on after care. When the initial nutsedge treatment do not work as well as we expected - they came back and did another treatment for no extra charge. I cannot comment on price as I have not shopped pricing. We will continue using Loyalty Lawn Care.
