Loyalty Lawn Care

They are pretty prompt. I am able to talk with them every time they come out. So I know that I am being taken care of. If I need to add on anything, I can call them up. Everything about them seems to be fine.

They came quick, and estimated everything fine. We just haven't figured out if we want to pay for that or not.

They are excellent. I spent about $32 a month and sometimes there is a little extra work to be done, then I pay extra for that. They do a good job.

The company provided the treatments and makes it a point to knock on the door to inform the customer of the work. During service calls, they respond in a reasonable time. The yard looks better, unlike companies used in the past, such as Tru Green and Scotts.

They had to come out 2-3 times to do two different jobs. One job was to clear out an overgrown brush. The other work was to treat the lawn, which was the most recent one. We have been really happy with what they have done. They have been really consistent. They come back until the job is completed. They are very courteous and very responsive. They have been very helpful. We have been very happy with them. They call when they are running late. We will definitely use them again in the future.

They did a fine job, punctual, polite and not pushy when I told them I no longer wanted to spend the money.

I contacted the company via their web form for an estimate on May 29th. My estimate request was for lawn service to get rid of weeds. Someone came by my house on June 3rd and left an estimate at my door. The estimate looked good so I contacted the company by phone and left a message for the woman who left her name on the form. She called me back later that day and I told her I'd like to start services for weed control and we discussed my gardens in the back yard that were to be avoided and a potential over-seeding in fall. She said that someone would be by my house on Monday the 7th to start services, would call before coming over to let me know they would be going to my house, that I would be left a note from the serviceman showing he had been there, and could pay the bill online. No one ever showed up, I haven't received any e-mails, phone calls, or postings on my door stating that they were here, that I have a customer number in order to pay online, there has been no communication at all. I expected much more from a company with a solid A rating. I gave them an overall rating of D because they did respond for the estimate, their pricing was good, and they have a great rating on Angie's list. But as for my personal experience, they failed on all counts. They failed on responsiveness because it took them nearly a week to do the estimate. They failed on punctuality because they never actually showed up on the date they said they would. And all of that results in failure to be professional.

They are prompt. They call the day before to let you know they are coming and explain what they will be doing. They also have a web site for info and communication.

They come out to take care of my lawn. I would probably use their services in the future too.

They come and go on time and never use materials harmful to kids or pets

My shrub beds were in bad shape (weeds, lack of edging, mums were over taking beds, junipers were poorly pruned last year (my attempt). Loyalty provided a very fair quote and an estimated service date. On the date of service, the landscaper called me before starting to verify the work that needed to be done. The beds look perfect and the quality exceeded my expectations. We will definitely use Loyalty Lawn Services again.

We have used Loyalty Lawn for years. They are the best we have ever tried. They use safe chemicals for our pets, and our lawn looks really great (as opposed to when we used several other companies). They know what they are doing and call us the day before they come out to let us know what they will be doing. We use them through the spring, summer, and fall.

Loyalty Lawn Care takes care of our lawn fertilization and weed control. I have been using them now for a little over a year now. I think they do a good job. Always there when they say they are coming. They call ahead the day before to let me know they will be there. Grass looks good. They don't mess things up or burn grass or anything so I like them.

We transfered to them from another company that made up services for us. They are very prompt. goo customer service. good answer. send someone out if there is a problem. We followed their advice to have them do aeration and re-seeded this fall. Overall they have been fine. Very polite people.

We hadn't put anything on the lawn in 2 years because we got a dog. The moles were tearing up what lawn we had left so we called Loyalty after checking them out on Angie's. We are very pleased with the price and services. They do not badger us with constant phone calls regarding other services, they simply list them on the invoice and if we choose to do something else, we call them.

They seemed to be knowledgeable. They gave some good suggestions instead of irrigating in the spring. They seemed to be timely and their product worked.

The employees and everybody just could not be nicer. If I have a question, I call them up and they answer it. The whole experience with them has just been very pleasant. They came out the day after I contacted them and and the prices and services they recommended were very reasonable. I set up service with them and they treated my lawn within two weeks. I had a few questions that they answered when I called. I subsequently signed up for a service contract which saves a little bit extra money.

I have used them since April of 2008 and I am very pleased with the company. The parts of the lawn that they take care of really look very nice. There is no crab grass. I would recommend them to anyone. Two of my neighbors also use them.

I have received prompt estimates for the work done on my lawn. Also, personnel have called the day before to alert ahead of time when they are coming.
