+ -1 moreFrom the first day I meet Ron I could tell he was going to be my contractor, he meet my insurance adjuster and showed them the damage to my roof. That meeting went well and my insurance company agreed to cover. I really appreciate that I was able to contact Ron when I had questions and he answered them that day. His team was thorough which included small things like covering my bushes with tarps to protect from falling debris and covering my air conditioner as well like I said the small things that some companies may not do. My roof went up without any issues and looks great. Thanks Ron and team KMAC.

The crew was professional and when the job was completed the only thing left to let us know they had been there was our new roof.

The owner came out several times to follow up to make sure everything we needed was being met. I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing a roof at a fair price.

Description of Work: Mike the team lead was very good. K Mac replaced my two month old roof that was done incorrectly by another contractor from out of the area. The crew was hard working and tried to be careful during the process to not damage siding or landscaping. | |One area for improvement was that I did not receive a written warranty from Kmac on the job. Kevin said the shingle company kept records of shingle lot numbers, so it was not necessary to get anything. I called him twice about this and finally had to got through my general contractor to get an answer. In addition I contacted Kmac through Angie's List and asked for the info with no response. | |The job was well done, but I feel like I was dismissed once they had my money. I would consider them, but would shop in the future.
