He goes above and beyond any expectations that my wife and I had, especially with paying attention to our needs, but also being able to accommodate as well, especially when we're moving out of state and that kind of thing. It's really comforting to talk to somebody who is willful, knows the area and can show us what we want to see. Ultimately, that's what we want. We're still working with them so we're going to close on a house here in July.
