We highly recommend JBathe Electric. They were very knowledgeable and professional! They were very reasonably priced! From the office staff to the installers the customer service was superb!

From the initial contact with the J Bathe team to the completion of my electrical project in my garage has been flawless. Communication between me and Sherry in the office and on site guy has been the best I've experienced in a long time. She followed up every step of the way and got everything scheduled for me. The workers were on time and completed the project pretty quick. The guy in charge on site was attentive and listened to my request and project. If he had a question, he didn't hesitate to reach out. Great team you have there J Bathe!!

An initial appointment was scheduled to understand the work that I needed. However, once the tech arrived (almost an hour late, got re-scheduled once) - they had no idea what work needed to be done. This led to not having the correct parts on the van (a recessed outlet is a "specialty" part??) so I had to pay an additional fee for the tech to go to home depot, losing an hour (of their 3-hour minimum) so no other tasks got to be completed. Fixture hung too high on the wall initially so had to ask for it to be re-hung (leaving me to patch and paint the original holes left in the wall). Bathroom was left a complete mess for me to clean up.

I was looking to install a level 2 ESVE charger myself. I have training and experience in industrial electrical systems, but I wanted some help and advice on residential work. I sent a request for quote to J Bathe Electric. Dan from J Bathe responded almost immediately. He was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all of my questions and assist me. It sounds like he does a lot of EVSE work. I am very grateful for his knowledge and quick response!

I called them and they came out very promptly after a couple of hours. They were very professional and they were in and out within an hour.

The service and job performance I received from Bill was great. All the employees who worked on my account were courteous, informative and prompt in answering my questions. Their customer service was the best ever. When a minor adjustment was needed, their service manager offered to come to my home and handle it personally. I was impressed by their dedication. Definitely recommend this company!

Mike was outstanding. We replaced one fixture with two and he managed to wire the two new fixtures without doing any additional damage to the existing wall. To top it off he did the job under the original estimate. J Bathe electric will be our first choice for any electrical work.

Everything from the quote through installation was great. Highly recommend. They even went above and beyond by cleaning our existing ceiling fan. It was covered in dust bunnies, so while they had the extra tall ladder used to change out the can lights in our two story great room they took the initiative to do that as well!

Some unforeseen problems, but they didn't stop the service guy. He conquered the problems! Great price and service.

After further consideration of my project, I decided on a different course of action to resolve the issue of security lights for my back yard. But this company did exactly what they said they would do. Dan called me the morning of his scheduled arrival, which is when I informed him that I no longer required the service of an electrician. But his timing was right on point. Would definitely consider this company again in the future.

Dan came our house as scheduled and gave us an estimate for replacing our electrical panel. He was the only person giving an estimate for us who removed the cover of the panel and actually looked inside. He was very professional and thorough and took time to answer our questions. After we decided to have J Bathe do the work for us, we called and set up a day for the work to occur. Bill was the electrician who did the work for us. He was very courteous and professional and completed the work as scheduled. He even added an outlet for us under the electrical panel. We did not request this and it was a pleasant surprise to see he had done it. Also, the original estimate assumed that the electrical meter would need to be replaced. It was agreed by Bill and the Amren representative who came out to turn off the power to our house that the meter was still useable and did not have to be replaced. Bill was able to reduce the total amount for the work by $100 to compensate us for the not having to replace the meter. We were also easily able to contact Sherry, who schedules jobs, or Dan as needed. At no time did we feel we had been forgotten or ignored. We would definitely use J Bathe Electric again.

This was the second time they have come out, and once again they were terrific. The first time, my electric was out for part of the house after a storm: I called them at 7:00 am and they were at my house before 8:00 am. They made two trips that day. They got most things fixed that morning, but had to pick up a thermostat and install it later in the day. Today, they came back out and did so much work in 3 hours. They replaced a switch, 3 light fixtures, 6 wired smoke alarms, fixed the wiring on an outside light, ran the wiring and installed a light on the steps to the basement. And I couldn't ask for a friendlier repairman and office staff! I highly recommend them.

I had the review from 1/29/19. Several days later Dan from JBathe called me to discuss my situation. He explained several people were out that day and that they do not handle this in this manner. He gave me a refund since they were not able to fix the problem and handled this very professionally. I would use them if needed in the future.

We are in the process of selling our home and needed some things done in short time before we moved. Dan quickly replied back to me and arranged for someone to come out the next day. Amazing service! Bill was awesome and did a beautiful job cleaning up the wiring and replacing outlets and switches. He worked a consistent pace to get everything done in about 3 hours. I wish I would've known about them before I was moving out of state. Quality and service does not get any better than J Bathe Electric.

The outlets were installed as planned and within the estimated price.

The 1st appointment had to be rescheduled which was no big deal. A family member was there when the service manager Dan Mayberry came out to do a he estimate. Told my brother in law I would have the estimate by close of business the next day. Two day later still no estimate, I call and talk to front desk lady that answered the phone who confirmed my email and phone number and she said she would let Dan know to call me or email the estimate. Tuesday rolls around, (4 days later) still no estimate. I call after hours and tell them I want the estimate by tomorrow or I will find another company. Wednesday comes and goes....still no estimate, no phone calls, nothing. I call and leave a final message and explain to them I will not be using their services because I do not do business with such unprofessional companies that lack the most basic customer service / business acumen. My last message includes the fact that I own several rental properties and they lost out on any business I would have given them. I get a call this morning at 7:55 am from Dan, I don’t answer because I thought I made myself pretty clear so instead I am writing this fine review.

J Bathe Electric did an excellent job installing more lighting in my kitchen.We are very happy with the outcome ! We had under cabinet lighting,led pendant lights and electricity for light over our kitchen bar. They were very courteous and helpful with planning what needed to be done.

Very well. The worker was on time, was friendly and informative, and made the repairs.

Everything went smoothly, but that is always the case with J Bathe. I have used them several times, and plan to continue to call them when I need electrical work performed.
