Description of Work: They did not do half of what they were paid for. They were busy using work hours for cigarette smoking breaks. Very poor job, and when the business owner was contacted to complain, he found my complaints funny. Don't use them. They are rip- offs!

The client wanted the entire house cleaned prior to putting it up for sale. This included washing lights, cleaning the oven, all the main level, and the entire unfinished basement area. The kitchen and baths needed a lot of attention. The estimate was higher than she wanted to pay. A limit of $360 was set and we were to clean the kitchen and baths first, then the remaining main level, then do what we could in the basement. It was explained that we could not get everything cleaned. The baths and kitchen, especially the oven & stove, took much more time than anticipated, which limited how much we could get done for the set price. Our crews are allowed to take breaks on long jobs, but the time is not charged to the client. I do not know why it was stated that I thought it was funny. That was never the case. However, this is what happens sometimes when we are on a fixed amount to not go over, and the cleaning runs into problem areas. Our crews do very good work, as you can see by the other reviews we have received.
