Description of Work: Removed popcorn ceiling. Sanded popcorn to a smoother finish, but leaving the ceiling with a small amount of texture (as I requested). Completed in one day along with a small amount of drywall repair. Very personable young man.

Description of Work: Patrick did a great job on replacing a piece of siding on my house that was rotting. While he was there, he gave me an estiamte on some other work that I needed done and I will be scheduling that with him very soon.

Description of Work: During a laminate floor installation, there were 2 sections of subfloor that needed to be replaced. I contacted them and they came on the same date and completed the work needed. If we had not been able to accomplish this the floor installers were going to reschedule our installation. We will definately use them in the future when needed.

Guiett Home Solutions offers the following services: I focus on home repairs, updates and small remodeling jobs. I build custom furniture such as shelving, and seating. I also do projects such as repairing drywall, repairing rotten wood, updating fixtures such as lights and ceiling fans, painting rooms, adjusting doors, installing doors. I also repair fences and sometimes build new fences.
I do not service roofs, run water lines, or service gas lines/appliances. I do not do yard maintenance as in raking leaves ,or cutting grass.
