He was fabulous. Honest, practical, let's get it fixed, but not spend your life savings doing it. I will definitely use him again. Actually I am making a list of things for him to do. As a single woman, you sometimes worry about who you are going to have in your home. He was a super nice, normal guy and made me feel very comfortable.

Pat arrived on time and ready to get to work. He removed the old door and replaced it with a new one. He has great attention to detail, is personable, works quickly and carefully. Pat put me on his schedule for a few other small projects. Pat is the best handyman I have ever had. I highly recommend him.

All termite damage was repaired completely. Storm door was installed in about an hour. All work was done in 1/2 day. Great job all the way around.

Went good. Installer contacted me soon after and scheduled time for job. He arrived on time and did good job on installation. Certainly much better than other handyman I have used in past. Will contact him in future for any other needs I have.

The house that flooring was damaged in was the house I had been renting and was moving out of. Time was an issue in getting the floor fixed, I needed to get it fixed for the owners as soon as possible. Guiett Home Solutions saw the bind I was in and managed to fit me into their schedule which was booked up until the middle of August. I know why Guiett Home Solutions is booked up so far in advance; Patrick Guiett was on time for the appointment (actually he was early which worked out wonderfully), he was very professional, he had every tool needed for the job, he knew what he was doing and the floor looked great when he was finished! I am all ready planning to use Guiett Home Solutions on projects in the home I recently purchased because the seller did a lot of work on the house himself and apparently had no idea what he was doing.... I have already discussed having a sink replaced and fouled up lighting wires fixed. I highly recommend Guiett Home Solutions.

We needed some work done on our garage door and we saw this deal for 99.00 that gets you a garage door keypad and inspection done on the garage door so we decided to go a head and buy it. They contacted me by email and set up an appointment for the following week. He arrived on time and during his inspection it was discovered that some extra work needed to be done. I gave the ok and it cost me an extra 120.00 but my garage door works like a champ now. My husband was very thrilled with the steady, quiet way my door opens and closes now. It was money well spent. I also love my keypad.

Patrick was very knowledgeable in all trades and did an excellent job installing all my ceiling fans, which some were complex. He also took time consulting me in future building needs I will be wanting to do. I will for sure be using him again in the future.

I thought things had went pretty well, even though appt. was set out a couple of months after I had paid. After inital contact, owner went on vacation, so once again I had to wait for services to be performed.Overall I had to wait serveral months for 8 hours of handyman services and then I noticed some of items performed were actually not performed well. Wall of curios were coming off wall they actually weren't put on well. "L" brackets I was instucted to buy to put on wall was not put on each curio but every so many as a result those without brackets came off wall. When I noticed the curios had come off wall, I notified Mr. Guiett I once again got an appt. in far future to take care of situation. After two missed appt. by Mr. Guiett I texted him and asked him point blank if he had any plans to fix situation. And he texted back and said "No not going to be able to do it".

Patrick worked us into his schedule by showing up at 7:00 a.m. He is very professional, does a good job, and we will be hiring him to do work in the home we are moving to.

I needed some carpenter work completed this week and they were unable to meet my schedule request.

We got off to a bit of a rocky start when Patrick did not show up on the day the work was scheduled. It turns out he switched to a new calendar app (or something) and our appointment did not transfer to the new system. Patrick was extremely apologetic, and in fact came to do some work on Easter Saturday to make up for it. He expertly installed a new kitchen pantry door for us. It required drilling holes for the hinges and door handle. Everything lined up perfectly and the door works great. Patrick also installed new basement window for us over 2 visits. This ended up posing a challenge in that the existing windows were set in the foundation of poured concrete. After much deliberation Patrick was able to find a way to use the replacement windows we had purchased. It involved cutting the metal frame and into foundation concrete for each window- probably much more work than he bargained for. My only complaints are that quite a mess was left in our basement following the work, and that the finished product isn't completely aesthetically pleasing. There were metal shavings, concrete dust, and scraps from supplies left in the work area. He did clean up the big pieces of metal and concrete left in our yard, which was appreciated since we have dogs that would have gotten into that. The area around the window frames in the basement look a bit messy, but it doesn't matter too much since it's the basement. I chalk that up to the unexpected challenge of the previous windows being poured into the foundation. The windows do look great from the outside, which is more important. Overall we are satisfied with the work Patrick did, and would likely use him again.

Excellent beyond expectations. We are getting ready to sell our house and needed several jobs done: porch columns replaced, baseboards installed, dry wall fixed, etc. Patrick estimated the work and completed all of the jobs on our list plus some extras within the time he estimated. Every job was carefully done and looks amazing. Patrick arrived on time and was always working. Would highly recommend.

Patrick provided a free estimate, then set a date to come by and do the service. He arrived on time, and completed the job in about the amount of time he thought it would take, so his estimate was spot on. Very polite, hard working. Will definitely use Guiett Home Solutions again.

Excellent. My parents had tried to unsuccessfully hire several people to come do the job and were frustrated about it. I recommended Patrick who did such great work for us at our house. He was prompt, thorough and knowledgeable about how to properly install these type of window wells. My parents were thrilled and are planning to have him out again soon for some other odd jobs at the house. It is so nice to know there is someone who can be there to help my parents maintain their property. It is even better because he will tell you if the job is something he can do or doesn't feel comfortable doing. I highly recommend this contractor.

Install looks good, I told him that since he spent more than the allotted time troubleshooting the issues in the basement, the microwave install would be sufficient.
