The quality and workmanship of the installation crew was very professional . The customer service people were also very god to work with. One issue was the installation crew did not speak English, communication we a bit difficult. The crew did not leave watering instructions when they left. After leaving on a 1 night business trip I returned to several brown areas in the front lawn. During my absence i had automatic timers watering each section of the lawn for 30 minutes every 6 hours during daylight hours. When i noticed the browning areas I called for watering instructions which were sent by entail. I began following their instructions and the spots continued to get worse. I called for a service call and the technician called me after looking at the lawn (i was away on business). He informed me I was watering the lawn way to much, when pressed for a rough estimate on what percentage would recover I was told 30%. I was told to water each section every day for 20 minutes early in the morning and 10 minutes in the afternoon.

Beware, did not respond to or deal with problems. Problem was not solved until Angi was involved.

Good work

There was no communication as to when the job would start. They just showed up one morning ready to go. The first part of the project was to rebuild stone stairs to correct uneven riser height which required providing three new stones - the problem was corrected but the new stones do not match the existing ones. The second part was to correct a drainage issue that occurs in heavy rains. We have had several people look at the issue and Green Thumb was the first to come up with what I thought was a practical solution. We'll see how it works after the first good rain.

Green Thumb responded to a request for an estimate for yard work on a hillside that was washing away..I accepted their bid, and the job is done, and should tak e care of any more problems.

Fill the holes from the stump removal and reseed in the fenced yard.

Leon and Miss Karen were extremely professional. They did what they said they were going to do when they said they'd do it. Leon was the first pro to respond and come out to bid on my job. He wasn't the cheapest bid but I felt he would do the best job, so I went with him. I highly recommend them!

Very fast response, great work. A little expensive but probably worth it in the end.

Green Thumb was great-came out and performed a free estimate. Price was great, they outlined the exact work needing to be done and got it done beautifully! I hope to use them to landscape my front garden in the spring. Terrific!

They were wonderful and really did a fabulous job on parent’s landscapes as they were preparing house for sale. Would use them again ,but house has sold and parents are in another state.

Green thumb lawn care should not be listed anywhere with your company. They stated many things that they did not happen. The worse is that they do not care for lawns instead they destroy lawns and don't offer to fix the problem. What happened with us, they were already paid $2,765 and failed to deliver a healthy good lawn. We followed the watering schedule, and the areas they say they sprayed for weeds still has weeds. They did not spray they only stuck a sign in the yard saying they were here and they were not. They never attempted to solve the problem instead their comment was to find someone else. We also explored and reviewed other complaints from other customers and they never fixed those problems instead they refused to and have many complaints against them. This is why I was surprised that Home Advisors actually recommended this company who has bad reviews and is not even BBB accredited. They send a coupon mailer out every month for $50 off to lure new customers in with their scams. When you contact them they have consistently showed unprofessionalism, rudeness, and a lack of follow through. Instead of resolving problems they take your money and then avoid you and never offer to fix the problem. You should be warning customers instead of recommending them to this horrible company.

Justin , the owner, knows his business, he informed me about my yard problems. And Iâ m impressed with the work he is going to do with my retaining wall.

The project wont' be completed until September. I'll know more after that. That said, all interaction has been excellent. Their advice has been sound and commendations have been excellent. This is a professional organization with a lot of knowledge and experience.

Stay clear of this place!!! I hired this company in the spring of 2019 to pour a new concrete front porch on my house. They came out on a Friday in May 2019 and tore out the old porch and re-poured the new one. They had slopped concrete all over my siding, brick, front door and pillars and dented the siding on my overhang. In addition, they left tools, a wheelbarrow and garbage along with piles of unused concrete in my grass the entire weekend. On Monday when he returned to get his things and remove his trash, I asked if he could clean up the slopped concrete on my house, and he said he would come back on another day with an agent to clean it off. Well, he never called or showed up. I emailed and called the company numerous times, and kept getting the run around. They finally sent a company out to repair the dent on my overhang, but still did nothing about the concrete stuck to my house. After 7 months of trying to get this resolved, the owner, Jason came out in November and inspected the slopped concrete on the house and said he would have someone come out and clean it up. So 5 months later at the end of April 2020, the original guy shows up one day with a power washer and spent about 10 minutes power-washing and then left. I went out to inspect and there are still clumps of concrete on my house. I called the company and they said they would send him back out to clean it again, but he never showed up nor did I get a follow-up call. This has been going on for over a year now and has been a complete waste of my time. Give your business to another company, because this one is just a joke!

I called in the busy time, so it took a while for them to come out to give me a quote, and there was some misunderstanding in the scheduling, but once they got started it was done quickly and cleanly. I will definitely hire them again next time I need landscaping done.

Nick and his crew were wonderful to work with. They did an outstanding job. My yard looks great. My only complaint is it took several weeks for them to put us on their schedule. I guess it’s a sign that everyone wants to work with them. Their prices were a bit higher than others, but I’m happy with the results and excited that that I found a company for the long term. I highly recommend them.
