They quoted me (they came to look at my yard) for $75 to do a final front yard mow and rake the front and back yards. They raked to my satisfaction, but I noticed the yard was not mowed. When I received the bill, I was charged $150 and there was no mention of the front yard being mowed. I called to ask about the bill. She said she meant to call me about the front yard not being mowed, but it had fallen off her plate. She apologized for the bill being so high and said to only pay $75 for the services. I'm happy this project is completed and the bill down to the amount that I expected, but it did take time and effort on my part.

The project was done in a timely manner and within my budget. I would work with this company again

They need to communicate with their customers better. On the day the work was scheduled they did not show up due to time over run on another job. If we had not called them we would not have known that they were not going to do the job as acheduled.

Very professional and personable. Easy to work with and willing to execute my onsite design and construction changes as I desired.

Due to a recent illness my husband was unable to maintain the lawn and we needed someone in a hurry. They were able to respond quickly and cut our grass and get us signed up for weekly service for as long as necessary. They have done a great job, our lawn looks great!!!!

Did a great job the first time - the second time they missed a section. Still going to use them as they seem to be very dependable. Have used them four times and they have done a very good job. Very dependable and a great value.

Jason and his team did a fantastic job installing the sod in our backyard. They were very professional and the project was a success.

They have done a tremendous job and believe me there was lots to be done to make this yard look its best. They have seen things to be done that I hadn't seen but sure made a nice difference. I am very sorry if anyone read the bad rating and I hope bunches read this good one..

Green Thumb did a great job... very flexible and helpful to our needs.... we now have a yard that we love to look at and have others see.

They came out and mowed my lawn when 4 other companies failed to either show up or provide agreed too services for my lawn. I live outside of Green thumb's service area...yet they STILL showed up like they promised me and took care of my lawn. They then put me in touch with a new lawn company that provides service to my area. They are the BEST!
