Green Thumb was willing to readily agree to a modified plan after initial bid and to rebid. Easy to work with and thoroughly professional.

I have high expectations so I am disappointed when work isn't done at a very professional level. GreenThumb was better than average,especially the two men who worked long days during the hottest week of the year. The project was understaffed and some work was rushed at the end, requiring another visit a week later.

Mike and his crew were first rate, we couldn't be more pleased with the new flowerbed. Very professional and willing to work within our budget. The workers were professional and made sure to ask us questions before beginning work to ensure we were happy with the final project. I am already planning more projects for them in the future and would gladly recommend them to others.

Ihavw waited this ong because I wanted to see how effective Green Thumb was in correcting my drainage problems. At this time, I think they are solved., however I do have concerns about the extra charges ,over and above the estimates, needed to arrive at a solution. The issue revolved around restoration of the area effected. It took several phone calls, and an additional charge to begin restoration but that effort was not satisfactory. I hope Green Thumb, in discussing charges with future customers, will specify how the project's effects will be corrected, and at what cost..
