The entire experience from start to finish was great! Working with Free Flo Gutters was by far the easiest experience I've ever had with a contractor. I received two other bids for the removal and replacement of my gutters. With the others I had to take time from work to meet them for a bid. On top of that, I had to schedule the meeting several days in advance! Not Free Flo! I gave Chad my address over the phone. The next day he went to my house (without me being there) and left a detailed proposal at my door. WAIT...it gets better. Once I decided to go with Free Flo (they were $200 less than one bid and $700 less than another) I didn't have to put a deposit down nor was I required to be there for the install or final payment. Chad said it wasn't necessary, that he would leave an invoice at the door. If I was satisfied with the completed job I could just send it via mail! If I wasn't satisfied or there were any questions/concerns to call him and he would come out to address. I wanted to take advantage of the gutters being taken down and power wash the facia boards. I asked Chad if it would be a problem to come one day to remove/haul away the old gutters then come back once I had everything power washed. He said that wouldn't be a problem at all! So we arranged for them to come on a Thursday and remove and haul away the old gutters and come back the following week to install the new ones. This would give me the weekend to power wash. Well, it rained that Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and Monday!! In addition to the rain I found some rotted facia boards that needed to be replaced. So I called Chad and asked to push back to the next week....he said sure! Remember now, they have received no money or signed contract from me at this point and they have the labor to remove/haul away the old gutters already invested in my job - WOW! Well, it rained that weekend too and I had to call once more to push back the install. Again, Chad offered no resistance or hesitation. I finally got a break in the weather and spent two long days busting my butt to get everything ready. Chad called a few days later to see how I was progressing and if I was ready for them to install the new gutters. He called on a Thursday and they showed up the next day to install the new gutters. He called me a couple of times during the install to confirm a couple of things as well as give me a status of the job. He called me once the job was complete and left the invoice at my door. I couldn't wait to get home to see my new gutters and to check out their craftsmanship. I'm a bit OC when it comes to things being level and straight so the first thing I looked at was the downspouts. I was relieved to see all 7 of my downspouts were nice and level :-) The entire finished job turned out fantastic! The house looks so much better with the new gutters - and straight downspouts ;) I couldn't be more satisfied with Free Flo Gutters. From start to finish everything was great! My neighbor was even impressed and has since asked Free Flo for a bid to replace his gutters.

Overall it was a good experience. He went out of his way to come and make a bid, and was priced much better than every other company that gave us an estimate. He was able to complete the work in one day and did an excellent job.

Estimate was much more reasonable than other companies. The bid was $200-$300 less than other bids I received.

Chad Boewer was great to work with and went out of his way to try and find a color that would match existing gutter that was being replaced. He showed up when scheduled and called back to make sure we were happy with the work that was done.
