Forever Clean Gutters

Worse contractor I ever hired. Installers left a section on 2nd floor open because they did not bring tall enough ladder. Impossible to get service from them. I have leaks in all seams. I had another contractor come out for estimate on leaks. They showed me pictures of my gutters with broken brackets, holes around down spouts that were never covered and another section that is still open and collecting debris.

The installed gutter covers are not preventing clogs and debris in some of my gutters. The company in next to non-responsive in answering calls, and has deceptive chat bot on their website. I am leaving this review because they are not honoring the warranty claim. this happened last fall and I had to dispute them multiple times to have them come out for repairs. I will try to keep contacting them about this warranty

Our regular service provider was booked for 2 months so we decided to give this guy a try. This was the absolute WORST gutter cleaning we've ever had. The owner/cleanerGarrett left all the sludge from the gutters in our garden, on our patios and in the beds in front of our home. It took my husband and I an hour to clean it up. When we asked him why he didn't clean up he said he didn't know where to put it and that most of his customers are cool with dumping it in their yards. Perhaps this was the first gutter job he'd ever done but I would strongly advise against hiring this company.

1st crew that removed gutters were good 2nd crew to install gutters were good 3rd crew that came to install gutter guards were awful looked like a bunch of high school kids with no supervision that didn't complete the job

The contract was to have Mastershield gutter covers installed last September (2019). They first sent a poorly-trained installer out and I had to have them back out last fall 3 times to get the installation corrected. This spring I had 2 downspouts clog due to the gutters not being cleaned before the covers were installed. I have asked for warranty claim to begin but they only want to come clean the gutters, which is not necessary now that I have cleared the clogs. I am opening BBB complaint and adding reviews to try to get resolution to my problem.

Never had the work done. Company rep made the excuse that he didn’t get job assignment due to a printer issue. Was supposed to be out the next day. Didn’t show up. When I called it sounded like he had just gotten up. Claims schedule was changed. That was it for me. No one ever contacted me to discuss

Dwayne provided the estimate. Very professional without high pressure tactics. A down payment was not required. We were sold on the Master Shield product based on our research. The estimate/presentation was informative, stress free and a deposit wasn't required so we decided not to seek additional estimates. The 2-day installation was started the next day. The installer was courteous. It went well and the clean up was complete. We have a large pin oak next to the house so it will take a full year to see how well the guards handle the debris. We haven't had a thunder storm yet either so we can't say how well the guards work.
