 + 1 moreMatt texted prior to arriving, confirming I was home. We did not have to move the chair, he just needed good light and access to power. He shrunk the leather slightly, applied a compound for a smooth finish and perfectly matched the color. I would gladly have Matt in my house and recommend him to others.
Description of Work: Matt repaired a leather recliner that had three abrasions.

Description of Work: The company stained an area on 2 different leather recliners where the original color had worn off. After approx. 3-4 months later the stain was completely worn off (again) If I had been told that it was a temporary fix I would have never had the work done. Just wasted my money.

Description of Work: Our grandson took a black ink pen to our new leather couch. We calledaround and were referred to Fibrenew , they were excellent. In just under an hour despite warning they might have mixed results, they did a perfect job of removing (actually hiding) the stain. I have been slow to post this but a year later it is still perfect.

 + -1 moreI attempted to clean it with hints from the net, but got nowhere.(and actually began to take the color out). I called Matt Monday afternoon and he got me on the schedule for the next day. He was on time, quickly did the repair and left no mess. Overall all one could ask for, I would call him again in a heartbeat. It wasnt cheap but my attempt to fix it did more damage than good, and his repair was perfect. Next time I would just call him.

 + -1 moreAnother company did a horrible job cleaning the furniture, so I went with this company. When this man came out, he worked for a bit. He had some new equipment. He asked me if he could bring someone else out to help with the job later on. They explained what they were going to do. They were positive and professional. I knew that I had a challenge for them. There was nothing wrong with them having to come back with extra help.
