+ -1 moreMark came out quickly. Within a few minutes determined the issue. Quickly addressed it and AC is running great! (We needed freon- we were just serviced by another company less than a month ago who did a full preventive inspection of furnace and AC did pressure checks and the works. They gave our system a clean bill of health... it appears they may have left a fitting loose causing a leak.) Mark was very nice. Explained all work as he went and we feel have gotten a great value for the money. I know we are his first review on Angie's list but give him a try. You will be glad you did! In the future when we do need a new AC we are going to call him up. Nice work Mark! Thanks for your help!
