I was very impressed with the cleaning job. I was really excited when I saw them using a toothbrush to clean. That is the way I clean with a toothbrush and Q-tips. I was impressed. I also appreciated that they said they would also change sheets if I needed that service. Not only did they do their job, they even offered to do more. I am looking forward to a long association with You've Got Maids. 5 STARS

Very thorough and professional. The maids work hard and dont take any breaks. THe communication with the company is easy as well . You can text, email or call anytime. If you have aspecial request they make it happen. The maids even wear covers on their shoes. (I was scared to walk in my own house the first time they cleaned cause I didnt want to mess it up lol)

I was preparing for company and couldn't handle it all myself, so I gave the three rooms that would have taken me the most time to the maids. After consultation with the owner, I upgraded from the regular "deep clean" to the more intensive service, which included some things that were important to me. This was the first time I've ever been satisfied with what a cleaning service calls a thorough or deep cleaning. They were efficient, friendly, and pleasant. I will definitely hire again in a similar situation.

I have been using You've Got Maids once a month since Jan 2015. The staff does a wonderful job each time. The owners are very responsive to any concerns and resolves any issues quickly. The girls do a thorough job and I love walking into my home after they have cleaned it. I highly recommend You've Got Maids!

You?ve Got Maids did a stellar job on our home! We?ve been looking for the right house cleaning service for about two months. With two small children (5 and 2), a puppy, full-time jobs, running to school and activities plus long commutes, we barely have time to breathe. We are so fortunate to have found the team at You?ve Got Maids. They listened to our needs and fully exceeded our expectations. Our home was literally cleaned, refreshed and carefully organized from top to bottom. We literally thought we were walking into a new house! Everything looked brighter! The kids loved the way their beds were made so much that they slept on top of the sheets! Now that?s a record! We would highly recommend You?ve Got Maids to anyone who is looking for a caring house cleaning service and a lifesaver!

They arrived on time and ready to work! They were very professional and thorough. I couldn't believe it when I came home 7 hours later they were just getting ready to go. They worked all the way through! (Should I be embarrassed my house was that dirty?) Can't wait for them to come again.

The ladies arrived promptly and set right to work. They are pleasant and engaging, but always focused on the task at hand. They made my house shine!

The furniture and floors were sparkling. The kitchen was squeaky clean and appliances were spotless. The bathrooms were immaculate. I love coming home to a clean and clean smelling house.

Went very well. Certainly cleaned better than I could, would, should. Too busy with other stuff. Incredibly professional service. Pleasant, Friendly, Amicable employees. Tried to stay out of the way, unfortunately, the cat decided to oversee everything in the middle of the counter. They handled the situation with an abundance of good nature.

I just love these ladies!! They come in and clean my house and do such a great job! I completely trust these ladies and left them to clean while me and my husband went and ran errands. When I get back everything is clean and smells great. I'm totally addicted!

These ladies come to my house once every other week and it's something I look forward to like nothing else! They come in my house and WHOOSH!!! It smells great, looks great and I just sit back and relax! I even have given my house key to them and feel completely comfortable having them come into my home when I'm not there. I love these ladies, this service and will continue to have them come clean my house for very long time!! Thank you wonderful ladies!!!

It was a very professional job right from the start. The girls arrived a few minutes late but I was notified of this well in advance by email. When they arrived Michelle and I walked the house while the girls unloaded the van. They came with a checklist which they followed so I knew exactly what they were going to do. After two hours my house was spotless and smelled amazing . They are returning!!!

Michelle and her team of 3 cleaners showed up on time with ladders and every imaginable cleaning tool. I did another quick walk through and then I just went about doing chores in my basement. 3 1/2 hours later I was living in a sparking clean, wonderful smelling house! These women were on their hands and knees and climbing ladders to reach high places. All of the women were polite and unintrusive - they worked quietly but I could hear them occasionally speaking to each other in a very quiet manner. I decided to get rid of a couple of silk greenery arrangements and they carried them out to the trash for me. I needed light fixtures cleaned and light bulbs replaced - they did that so easily - one of the fixtures was hanging from a vaulted ceiling - I would have had to pay a handyman to come and do that for me but Michelle's crew was able to handle it. When the crew was done, I did another walk through with the crew leader and honestly, couldn't find anything to point out - they did it all! I have signed up with You've Got Maids to have their cleaning service every 2 weeks - and I am so looking forward to that.

I contacted the provider on short notice after a death in my family. They were able to send a crew out that day! The ladies were so sweet, and did an awesome job!!

The ladies came in and went right to work. My husband, who works nights was able to sleep thru the entire process and they were there 3+ hours. I Was so impressed I'm having them come back on a regular basis! Everything looked great! These ladies may never know the stress that was lifted from me and how having my house this clean has energized me to do other things to my house. The owners, Michelle and Scott are awesome! I was so worried about being judged but I was treated so professionally. I enthusiastically recommend You've Got Maids and look forward to a long relationship with them! Thanks Ladies and Scott! Cannot say enough good about this company! Michelle came out and gave an estimate on the 52 point spring cleaning and bi-weekly service. Immediately scheduled an appointment for the following week. They came in and cleaned everything. My house looks great! I have 2 cats and a dog and they did an awesome job removing pet hair. Will be using their service bi-weekly.

I was extremely happy with the service we received from this company. On their first visit, they missed a few spots (which was understandable, because it had been a long time since we'd had a thorough cleaning). We called them up, and found that they were extremely professional in handling it. Within a week, there was a team back at my house to make sure everything was right...no questions asked. They really care about their reputation and take pride in their work, and it shows. I highly recommend this company.
